Laura was so helpful and nice! I encountered a problem with purchasing a unit online and she helped me over the phone. I wasn’t sure if I had a cylinder lock but she gave me one for free. She was very detailed when she showed me the storage unit and where everything is. The unit is very spacious and clean as well.

My experience at A1 self storage has been great! The process of viewing the facility and different sizes was so smooth with Laura, the manager. Laura has great customer service and she’s extremely helpful. The place is clean, great area, and extremely secure. Happy I chose A1 for my boss!

Storage is not just a box where you put your stuff. Storage is a relationship. It’s trust. It’s a feeling of confidence and security, and knowing you’re in good hands. So how is that possible in a cinder block and steel building? The answer is simple.
It’s the manager Laura.
Laura is welcoming, caring, and very knowledgeable about the facility. She really truly takes care of you and finds you the unit to suit your needs, explaining everything clearly, giving suggestions, and making sure you and your goals are the priority.
Everyone needs storage for a different reason. Maybe you’re having your home remodeled like me. Or storing medical files. Have items that won’t fit in your home. Or even something harder like moving between relationships.
No matter what the reason, I’d recommend this A1 storage. Getting set up, accessing the site it is really extremely easy.
It’s clean, it smells good, there’s even some music playing and a bathroom too. I even found other patrons there to be friendly and one put my cart away for me when I was in a hurry.
But it all starts with Laura. When you have a leader that sets the positive tone, everyone else will follow. So do like me, and follow my lead to A1 self storage where all your belongings will be safe, and you can rest assured that you and your needs are in good hands!

Worst customer service ever. The only reason why people put 5 star reviews is because when you’re renting the storage the service desk agents offer an immediate discount off the lock fee or something like this. Public storage 10x better, wanted to do something different, REGRET IT.

Laura was maybe the most helpful human being I have encountered in a long time. I contacted A1 per a recommendation as I was looking to move storage units and their prices were beyond competitive. Even more so, the personability and flexibility they provide is worth every cent. The premises are clean, quiet and easy to access. I feel I am going to be a very happy long-term tenant. Thanks Laura, for making everything so easy and pleasant!

I’ve rented storage units in the past but the service I received here at A1 was phenomenal! Laura and Chris were both great and very helpful! The units are clean and were always able to find carts available. This is the place to go!

Laura and the staff have been extraordinary! When we first started renting our unit there, Laura was extremely helpful and professional and walked us through each step. They have been very accommodating and the facility is always very clean. The price is very competitive and even lower than a lot of other storage places in that area. We have had a very good experience with A1!
