The people working here are amazing!! I had a problem with my computer and the gentleman on the phone talked me through the process to fix it. No need to bring my computer in or a charge for the help I was given. I am writing a review so everyone knows how great this place is!!

I had the opportunity to have my MAC diagnosed at Deviceland on
Hawthorne in Torrance. They not only looked into it but, repaired a
pretty old MAC that I have had since 2010. Deviceland is awesome!

When it comes to using your Apple Care+ Coverage($29 deductible), Deviceland is the best for the job. I walked in(non appointment), dropped off the device(IPhone 14 pro Max), and 7 minutes later I was on my way out the door. Got a call to come back sooner than I expected, which is fine because they let you pick it up whenever you need to. In total I spent maybe 10-15 mins in store, which is remarkable comparing it to big name companies like best buy(1.5hrs).

These folks are great! I couldn't get an appointment quickly with the Apple Store, so I begrudgingly booked one here. I was skeptical that I would get the same level of service here. They were fantastic! My computer runs better than ever. They did great work and were very helpful. I couldn't be happier!

Came from out of town and they were the only place we found that had the iPhone battery we needed. Very professional and was able to change the battery same day! Would definitely recommend!

Another 5 stars service - I love this place - I come here all the time because they are an Apple Authorized repair location and honestly I don't like going to the Apple Store. It used to be Advanced Microsystems and now Deviceland and they are wonderful! I have never been to an Apple Store because of them. I get such personalized attention each time. Everyone that works there is great but this time I must an extra thank you to Umamah. I am not super tech savvy and she was able to assist me with all the things I needed to get done before I turned my computer in. She was so kind and patient and didn't make me feel as inadequate as I actually was. I wish more people had customer service like this.
My computer had to be left while they ordered the part (needed a new keyboard and trackpad) which could take 3-4 days (a requirement of Apple). Imagine my surprise when I received a call that my computer was ready THE NEXT DAY! My computer was cleaned and given to me like new and it was all covered by Apple care. Save yourself the hassle of going to the Apple Store and come here to take care of all your Mac needs.

Sohail assisted me with rebooting my 2018 MacBook Pro. I've been using it for recording sessions and ran into some issues. After troubleshooting and upgrading the OS, I realized that my DAW was incompatible with the new OS. I tried downgrading and made a terrible mistake as my computer would not turn on and was stuck in a loop. Sohail diagnosed my computer and found issues with the fan, smoke damage, and the battery. It took less than a week for them to fix my device and I'm so grateful for their service. Def recommend this place to anyone having issues with their Mac device!

I went in with my 14 pro max cracked screen and Sohail tried to rip me off and said will keep the phone for more than a week gave me poor service.
