Sohail assisted me with rebooting my 2018 MacBook Pro. I've been using it for recording sessions and ran into some issues. After troubleshooting and upgrading the OS, I realized that my DAW was incompatible with the new OS. I tried downgrading and made a terrible mistake as my computer would not turn on and was stuck in a loop. Sohail diagnosed my computer and found issues with the fan, smoke damage, and the battery. It took less than a week for them to fix my device and I'm so grateful for their service. Def recommend this place to anyone having issues with their Mac device!

The people who work at Deviceland have NO INTEGRITY. I had an issue with my MacBook screen that made it impossible to use/see (I had no idea why, as I didn't remember dropping it or anything). I shelled out $600 to have it fixed, only for the screen to be damaged again a few days after they returned it. Deviceland insisted that they had fixed it perfectly and that I coincidentally broke it AGAIN. They offered to repair it again .... for another $600! I'm expected to believe that days after they returned the laptop they supposedly fixed, I somehow magically had the same issue? Then I was supposed to pay twice?? I took it to apple and they confirmed: Deviceland is a group of con artists.

Prices are too high and Often higher than apple themselves and they don't have the same warranty as Apple either!

Been shopping here for the last 20 years. I've purchased at least 4 Mac's in that time. The reps are all knowledgeable and helpful. Prices are good and they're honest with their dealings.

Excellent shopping experience. Every time I call device land. They are always friendly, reliable. And most of all, they are the most experienced in anything Apple from the MAC 512 to the latest laptop MacBook pro. I cannot recommend these people enough. Unlike others that have folded and gone by the wayside in the last three four years, there's a reason why deviceland remained standing. Thank you very much gentlemen for fixing my friends iMac despite all my stupidity. The last time I looked at a Mac was in 1997. And now I admit I've lost touch. Thank God you guys are there to help!

Nice service, called ahead of time to see if they had the MacBook Air charger I needed. They let me know they had it, I came to pick it up. Even gave me a discount, which I appreciate, because apple accessories can be expensive. They were friendly & efficient. :)

The team at Deviceland is by far the kindest, most helpful, and skilled group I have used for computer repairs. My laptop had significant water damage and they helped me through the process of recovering my data while explaining the process and probability of success. I am so grateful to have come to them because not only were they able to save my data, they were proactive in helping me, and compassionate about my situation. 10/10 would recommend!

The guys at Deviceland are friendly and know their business.They stocked an older magsafe power supply I needed due to forgetting one. I got a brand new one at a great price. I am grateful they know their product and know their market.

Save your money!!!! I had a very old Macbook that crashed. I could not turn it on after trying everything I could find on the internet. I took my laptop to Deviceland as I had seen the store driving by several times. They specialize in Macs so it seemed very promising to get my computer either working or retrieve my data to which I had SPECIFICALLY told them needed to be able to be transferred to a Windows PC not another Mac. I was told that if the backup was easy it would be around $250 and if it was difficult to retrieve it was close to $500. I was called the same day and told that they were able to recover the hard drive. Great news I thought. Come to find out they had literally just taken out the hard drive, put it in an enclosure device. The guy that helped me plugged it into his Mac to show me all my files and I asked again if it would work on a PC and he said yes. Well.....not true. A Mac hard drive is not formatted to be read on a Windows PC so the enclosure was rendered useless for me. I called them back the next day and explained the situation and all I was told was they did not have the tools to format the drive correctly. So pretty much I could just have taken my laptop elsewhere to have it backed up. No need for me to have a hard drive in an enclosure if it's not going to work. Do your research first.

Got an iWatch for Christmas. My tech savvy daughter set it up with my iPhone. Had a problem with iPhone and took it to Apple Store in Manhattan Beach. They had to scrub my phone and restart it. My iWatch was disconnected and they couldn't fix it. I lived with this for months. Remembered seeing Deviceland on Hawthorne. Was assisted by a capable young lady, Adrienne. Explained the situation to her. She was able to get my iPhone and iWatch to communicate with each other again! And since it was still under warranty it didn't cost anything. And even better: NO WAITING! NO APPOINTMENT!I cannot recommend this company enough for ALL things Apple.

Its best to call first for a battery phone replacement if they have it in stock. Apple support app just shows you certified repair shops near you. Even tho i had to come in the second time repair was done within the 2hr time frame they give you
