Amazon Go is a new kind of store with no checkouts, powered by Just Walk Out Technology. It is a convenient quick stop for delicious made-to-order and ready-made foods, beverages, snacks, and more at a great value. Customers can enjoy freshly brewed hot and iced coffees, espresso, beer and wine, kombucha and cold brew on tap, and frozen yogurt. The toasted sandwiches for lunch are great, and the breakfast burrito and french toast sticks come recommended. Many love the place and visit multiple times a week. The technology is convenient and the staff are friendly, helpful, and super personable. It is also a good place for dropping off Amazon online returns, with plenty of parking. However, there is a limited cold and hot food offering with limited items overall. There are some minor issues with inventory control, as shelves are often out of things. There also appears to be an issue with the coffee machines unable to properly dispense mocha flavoring. Some wish they would stop burning the burritos and could expand the selections of different items.

This location has the worst service and the female worker at the food station with the glasses is really rude in tone and rolled her eyes when asking nicely for assistance. So customer service is low as well. Had to wait about 15 minutes and click the assist button two times until someone could help the line of returns.

I love this place and go there multiple times/week. A breakfast burrito for $5.50 and it comes with a free latte! I just wish they would stop burning the burritos!
