All of the staff here are so friendly and helpful. It's great that they have snacks too so you can feel great after your donation. The last time I went, I wasn't able to donate but I loved that they explained what I can do so I can donate next time.

It is always a great experience to donate here! The staff is nice and happy to joke around to make you comfortable. You have access to great streaming services including HBO. Plus the snacks after are great.

It is always such a great experience to donate here. I come on Thursdays, so it's never crazy busy. The staff is always very friendly and happy to joke around. The snacks are awesome, and if you donate platelets, you get access to HBO and other streaming services

I had read recently that there was a blood shortage and so I immediately signed up to give blood. However, while I was at the American Red Cross offices, I learned a lot about donating plasma and platelets so I think in the future I will go with those if I am able.Everybody here was super kind! It is well oiled machine. It definitely helps to make an appointment and do your check in online before you get there if you are giving blood everything goes quickly. Some of the other ones take longer but they have video screen set up and super comfortable ergonomic chairs to lean back in and relax while you're there.They do offer you, complimentary snacks, and everything to make sure that you're feeling well while you take a few moments after your donation before you leave. But it is also located in a strip mall that has amazing Korean food and a fantastic bakery, so bring a few extra dollars!Now that there is a location so close to my home I will definitely be donating more often.

They pester you to donate blood , I do not make appointments due to my busy schedule I come when I have time without being restricted by an appointment. I was told to come back at a later time .Im giving my blood at no cost San you refuse me due to No appointment? Walk-ins should always.be welcomed if you really do need the Public’s blood……….

I've been donating pallets to this location on a couple occasions and I've always been welcomed and greeted with open arms and respect. They're always really appreciative for my pallet donations, and ensure I'm feeling well enough to leave.They conduct a pre-donation heath check and screening, which I appreciate. Then during the donation process, the nurses ensure my comfort and safety. After the donation procedure is done, IT'S SNACK TIME! They have some of the best snacks available. It's hard not to make a pig of myself, but I do like that they check up on me while I'm recovering.Thank you to the staff for making me feel appreciated for my donation.

The service here is very professional. All the staff are very knowledgeable for your blood donation. They are also very friendly so the visitors and let you know how much your donation is appreciated. I have been here about every 90 days and you will see the regular staff there and they start to recognize the donors as well. The downside is because they are so popular it is at times to get a time you are looking for. But in my opinion that would be a good problem for the location.

The employees here are rude. Why treat people going out of their way to donate like second class citizens? The Red Cross takes our donation then turns around and sells it to hospitals for a profit and they have the nerve to treat the good hearted public the way they do.

The Red Cross claims it needs blood from public donors but turns away many good people that want to donate. I went to donate blood and was told they could not accommodate me due to them being very busy and short workers. Asked me to come back hours later. Really? This was not the first time I was tomd the same things. My busy schedule does not allow me to make an appointment, so I like to come in when I have an hour or two to spare. I believe the Red Cross has it all wrong. You want people to donate Blood but do not accommodate them. Make it easier to donate Blood, it's not difficult, so do not make it so. One other issue the place needs a good cleaning, it was dirty. The walls and floor, it does not give anyone any reassurance that you won't catch anything while donating blood.Another big problem with Red Cross they DO NOT HAVE a telephone number because no matter how many times you call they will not answer at this location.
