They will make sure you know when you're initial appointment is, because that's where the money is. But if you have to come in for a re-check, make sure you log that in your calendar because you will not get a reminder. That's not where the money is. I'm so disappointed.

I couldn't have found a better place. The doctors and the staff are super friendly and professional. I went for my dog's vaccines and yearly check up and everything went smoothly. My dog was very comfortable and happy. Thank you very much!!

Don’t go hear. They misdiagnosed our dog, gave our dog tons of unnecessary drugs which affected her health, charged us way more than any other comparable dermatology clinics, they admitted fault about the misdiagnosis and they said they would help us resolving this issue. The only thing they said was to start getting medication from them at a discounted rate. Unfortunately the medication was literally 10 times more than an online resource. If you care about your dog stay away from this facility. Emily Shaw could have fixed this but didn’t care about anything more than financial gain.

Staff was very helpful when we arrived with our dog that was sick an needed attention, we didn't wait long before they took her, the system they have for covid-19 precautions are great. I know we left our pup in good hands.
