Scam/fraudulent promises. Went in to purchase a phone in November. ended up being given two "free" apple watches. Salesperson Erik and Manager Jose promised they were absolutely free. One was free but with an ongoing phone line charge, the other was not free along with an ongoing phone line charge. Also, they added an additional phone line (no idea why), additional monthly charges for warranty and something called "next". All without our approval or knowledge. When asked to correct it, the manager, Jose, said he would do so and credited us some minor portion of the money to be refunded. He promised to contact his supervisor for approval for the remainder of the refund due. After that, he refused to answer my texts and calls to his direct cellphone line. They are underhanded and deceitful. Do not do business with them.

Just recently my friend and I went to this store to purchase a cord & camera lens cover. I should add it was near closing time & they did not rush us. Aris & Erik were very informative & enlighten us about other services they could help save us money. I'm also posting to correct a survey they sent through a text...I mistakenly rated my service incorrectly (1) - I wanted to correct my error. I was very very satisfied. I believe we were in the store no longer than 15-20 min. Thanks fellas for being so polite & getting us those discounts on our items. We'll be back!

Decided to upgrade my IPhone. I was assisted by Aris & Erich. They were able to answer all of my questions. They explained every step of the process while collecting my information. At the end, they successfully transferred all of my old data to my new phone. These guys were very professional!

We needed to update an e-sim card after a phone update. They asked me to go in person or to call customer service. it took 45 minutes to fix the problem with customer service. In the store, they were useless.

Buddy s the best customer service rep! Always well informed of current and upcoming promotions. He advises but always leaves decisions up to the customer. He's never a "hard sell" or crams upselling , which makes me want to naturally be loyal and buy goods / services from AT&T. You have a great gem of a rep that keeps me coming back to this location

Waste of time. I told them explicitly why I came and what I wanted to do in order to be able to buy a new device. They didn't have the item and could order for me. I waited over an hour for them to call me but as soon as they looked into my account. They told me to call customer service. They are a corporate store they should be able to help me in store/if not call customer service on my behalf. I called customer service and they got me straighten out with my new device less than 30 mins. Don't waste your time. Go to Best buy instead they have better deal and better customer service.

In the store today because ATT had sent me two phones by mistake, needed to return one. The man helping me said they couldn’t take the return because I bought the phone online. Very strange how I can’t return an ATT phone at an ATT store??? I called ATT and it turns out you can return at an ATT store, apparently they just didn’t want to waste their time since I wasn’t buying anything. Been ATT customer for over 15 years with 4 lines. Fortunately the very nice person I talked to at ATT was able to help me.
