Mo (the sales manager) at this dealership is rude, lacks honesty and discipline. My time is very valuable. I drove 90 minutes to see a use car listed on thier website at a set price. When I asked for there best, "Out The Door Price". They came back with a price thousand more than listed on their website. Mo claimed the price was higher due to additional items added to the vehicle. This was a false claim, nothing additional was added to this use Audi. I value my time and only do business transparently and honestly. This was not the case with Mo. He tried to dishonestly sale a used vehicle for much more than what was advertise/listed on their website. He continued to try to waste my time as I walked out the door and lie.

The service was really good, they took care of me, I had to leave my car and they offered me a lift or a rental car. Gaby was so helpful :)
And.. I loved the coffee machine.

I’m always greeted with a smile at my car. The wait is never too long before someone calls my name to help me. If I need a loaner it’s available. I’ve never had a problem with my car after it’s been serviced at this location. I received an email and text with the details of what’s needed and what has been fixed. They tell you that they will have your vehicle for 24 to 48 hours but they get it to you fast. I have been going here for the life of my car since 2015.

These guys are awesome! I have 2 Audis and only take them here for service. Jimmy was my most recent service tech. He's super friendly and professional. He did a great job helping me, including setting the initial visit appointment, providing me with a loaner, sending me the mechanic's video of my car repairs and texting me when my car was ready. Jimmy even had my car washed, so it looked better than it did when I dropped it off. Thank you Jimmy!.. and Thank You Audi Pacific!

Avoid this place in general. Sales is pushy and not ethical. Their service department is worst. They come off as nice and professional but they are not. They are crooks in my opinion. They scratched our Audi and showed us a video that it allegedly came in that way. When I looked carefully at the video I realized it was taken AFTER they had it in their possession and scratched it and damaged a rear area. Because the video they took when I brought it in was on a very sunny day and was at a different angle. So when they scratch and or damage your car they will take a video and say it arrived that way. I worked with Oscar who starts off nice enough (wolf in sheep's clothing) but is not someone I would have service my car. We are switching brands based on this horrible factual experience with Audi in Torrance

If you come to this location and you have a servicing appointment, I highly recommend Gabriela Rico. She took care of everything that I needed and more. Went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed before my appointment and during my appointment. Love the service I received from her and her team. Everything was quick and easy. Thank you!
Definitely the best experience I’ve had so far with Audi.

The vehicle purchase I made at Audi Pacific went very smoothly and I was treated with respect and assurance that Audi Pacific would deliver to me the vehicle that I wanted for the price I was looking to pay. The staff was very courteous and attentive and took the time to be patient with me to answer all of my questions about financing and the vehicle itself and gave me extra time, even holding the vehicle for me, for me to deliver the down payment in the manner I preferred. I felt that was very important to me for Audi Pacific to allow me a couple of days to gather the cash payment for the down. But the cherry on top of the sundae was the excellent customer service I received from the salesperson George Solis. He has extraordinary knowledge of the vehicle transaction processes and he went above and beyond in his customer service to make sure I had the easiest and stress free time at the dealership. Don’t hesitate to ask for George Solis the minute you walk onto the lot.

If I could leave a zero start I would. I made a deal with Audi Pacific to come pick up the car this memorial day. The sales agent said we are good to go on Wednesday. I asked for the documents to confirm but never heard back from him. I contacted him again on Friday and he said everything was fine. Came in on Saturday and they said if you want the car go pick up a cashier check from BofA where I got approval. This was a weird ask since the dealership approved me and I did not apply with Bank of America directly. I still went to Bank of America and they refused and sent me back. Then the sales manager they said everything is good. I waited for 2 hours and then they came back and said the same thing. Go get a cashiers check on a Saturday memorial day weekend. I came all the way from Las Vegas just for the car. They had no remorse or empathy, attitude as if they own you especially Tim Garcia. The sales agent was never clear stay away from Dajoun. In fact stay away from this dealership group and Audi Pacific. I should have listened to the reviews. Go to Audi Beverly Hills! Wasted 5 hours for nothing. They ruined my vacation.

I’ve visited quite a few dealerships in my life and have had quite a few negative experiences. Yet my experience at Audi pacific was absolutely amazing! Being almost 2 hours away I initially emailed about a vehicle they had in stock. All email communication was answered in a timely manner and I was even sent over and out the door price. I made the drive and worked with Joby to purchase my new vehicle. He was very knowledgeable and very honest and easy to work with. Best experience I’ve had at any dealership. I’ll definitely be back when I’m shopping for my next vehicle.
