Service Department is excellent. Knowledgeable.
Explanation of needed services. Estimate given to me ,and contact with updated repairs. Additional contact when the car was completed. Paperwork with all items that were serviced.
Helpful and kind. Felt good leaving our car for Service.
Also new Service Department is very nice.

Every time I take my car for its service, Kelly is my preferred service advisor and for good reason. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. He does a great job ensuring everything is done and done right with the service he provides and from the techs who work on my car. He makes sure to go through every detail and address any questions/concerns I have. I always appreciate his service and always leave satisfied.

Traded in my Corolla for a TLX a month and a half ago and the bank i have my loan with has still not received the payoff. So i am still paying for the vehicle i no longer have and have to mention they have already sold to someone else. I’m beyond frustrated having to go back and forth with their finance department to keep getting updates. They said it was expedited a week and a half ago and my bank has still not received it. ALSO reached out about my wireless charger not working and they never got back to me. Not the experience i was hoping for.

I always have a good experience when having my Acura serviced at Acura of Torrance. The work is always done correctly and my Service Advisor Steve is great to work with. I will continue to rely on Acura of Torrance to keep my car in top shape.
