I had a great experience at Acura South Bay from start to finish. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel pressured. The dealership itself was clean, welcoming, and well organized. It’s refreshing to receive this level of customer service. I would absolutely recommend Acura South Bay to anyone looking for a positive and straightforward car-buying experience.

I bougjt my Acura MDX from Jordan. He and management made the process stress free. He was very accomodating and caring. Drove away very pleased with my new preowned MDX. The Service Dept , Ana is the best! Second Acura purchased from South Bay Acura.

Came here to purchase my first car and this was by far one of the worst experiences i’ve ever had in my life, THEY SOLD ME A LEMON, Jordan who was my sales agent was no help either and knew nothing about cars, sold me a car with messed up transmission which failed two wks later, car battery gave out on me 3wks later (no compensation btw), and throttle body was ruined, and had multiple problems and lights on the dash, Only decided to help when i threaten to report to THE BBB and small claims, Jennifer the general manager at this location, hung up on me after i threatened to report all this because she “felt like i was threatening her life” lol. If i would have known my experience was going to be like this here, i would have never came and gave then my business and money. I’m glad i have every phone call and photo in case future issues

In addition to the clean and inviting appearance of the service area and waiting room, I very much appreciated the professionalism, consistent communication, clear plan of action, and general level of service I received from my advisor Kevin. He made sure all of my needs were addressed and kept in communication with me throughout the process. I drove over 90 minutes each way to visit this particular location and would happily do so again to receive this kind of service.

My experience with the staff at South Bay Acura has been phenomenal. Everyone that I have met has been genuine and goes above and beyond to ensure great customer service. I came in for an oil change and my service advisor Kevin C had me out of there so much faster than expected. I would certainly recommend this location to friends and family for purchase and/or service.
