Came here as a new customer opening a checking account, after waiting for an appointment the banker was great but his manager was extremely unprofessional. Gave her good to go on my account then took it back and said they can't open an account for me. When I asked to speak to her and explain my situation she wouldn't even see me. Poor Mathew was visibly angry and embarrassed to send me down the road to another branch. What a cowardly management, do NOT recommend this branch unless you like wasting your time.

I scheduled an appointment for Friday at 4:30, which resulted in a chance to sit down with Kymverly. I was a little irked because they were booked for TWO WEEKS before I could get in. Kym was very friendly and knew exactly what she was doing with my account maintenance request. It did take some time, so I see why people are a little annoyed with that aspect. I felt the service and professionalism was on point, I had a good experience.

This Bank doesn't have a good system especially if you are a merchant. I waited in line for over 45 minutes, no help, 2 tellers (1 for merchant, 1 for customers). The guy in the merchant had an obviously long transaction, but they need to take customers in order if when they came in. The customer line ended up being much faster and I couldn't make an important deposit, walked out. I went back again today since B of A decided to only have them open on Saturday and again the wait is ridiculously long and no one cares to help you. I absolutely don't recommend this place unless you really have no other place to go to.

I've come several times and they have issues with time...wasting customers' time to be exact. I've come once to do a currency exchange and the guy wasn't even here? Why do I need a specific person to deposit the exchange?? Today I waited 50minites for this guy to do...I'll be done in a total of 1 hr at least to get this done. If u want things done quicker go to the one in Gardena

Even though it's always ridiculously busy on Saturdays with few people working, the employees are still so pleasant and helpful. I know it's always challenging providing service when you're understaffed so I appreciate their friendliness and that they do not make you feel rushed.

They do not honor appointment times then have the audacity to mark that I didn't make the appointment time. There's no one to check you in, so you have to tell them you're there for an appointment, only for them to tell you to just wait for the next available person. They spend more time chitchatting amongst themselves than helping customers. The one thing I needed done in person was done incorrectly, so I have to go to another branch to get it done correctly. The thing they are good at? Pushing more and more services that cost you money and provide you no benefits or service. Most of the time I spent here was used up declining offers for services I get elsewhere or already have if they just checked my account. What an utter waste of time.

It's crazy to see that the same thing I was coming on this page to complain about was the same thing a young lady complained about four hours prior. Clearly there is no leadership or management as this is an ongoing issue for a fully staffed Bank of America that will have customers waiting in line for up to 30-40 minutes just to be cut by somebody who has a business account. I literally walked in the bank at 2 PM and I'm just now leaving because of the long wait times and being cut by several business account holders. Upon mentioning this to the teller, he dismissed me by stating the individual with the business account got there before I did however it was myself and two older ladies who can attest to standing in line since approximately 2 PM. The gentleman with the business account literally just walked up to the window and was taken before myself and two elderly women. Two elderly women! The manager was no better. He did what all managers that won't address their employees do and that's nod their head and act like they understand. I'm not even from Torrance, this is just a Bank of America nearest to my job but I still would encourage everybody to do business elsewhere if you're not a business account holder.

This review is wrote right after I left the bank. They have 2 lines which for regular clients and business clients, I was standing at the business clients lines, I don't understand why the lady work in the window for business clients take people form both lines and it's so ridiculous that the guy came after me at the regular clients line was helped before me ?? And this is for the lady that work at the business clients window, RUDE! No hello. No thank you. No good bye. Like she had a very bad day and it's my fault or what? Lucky you I did not even complain why you work at the business window but helping people from the other lines, then what's the point for people that has business account? And what's the point for having 2 different line. Very RUDE ATTITUDE, she threw my card at the window, threw my driver license one more time , and threw the receipt another time, THREE TIME !!, I asked for 3 big envelopes, she threw me one and walked away like I wasn't there. Your manager should teach you how to talk to your clients. Or even go back to school to learn customers service girl. I'm a clients , I have 2 different checking account here, I have my business account that's why I stand at the business clients line. Don't act like I'm asking you a favor or what. RUDE!!

This branch is the worst. I've never heard of a bank not have a teller available to work. In the event your employees call out sick the manager should step up and play the role of a teller. Many people today were turned away. Bad service.

WOW!! What a way to run a bank! I went in to pay a bill with cash and not a single teller is working today! Always understaffed when I come here, but this is a new low. I know the world is trying to go cashless and banks are trying to cut down on staffing, but not 1 single teller!

This location is completely understaffed and has slow customer service. How can a national Bak chain treat their customers this way?
