I have had enough of this place. This place has the worst workers/owners, and they are very disrespectful to its customers. The two Korean male attendants are the worst and very rude. Communication and the english language are not their strong suit. There are 2 or 3 female Korean attendants that are o.k. Each time I go to pick up my clothes, the employees always want to make me pay before bringing out my clothes order. On several occasions, I've tried to ask the male attendant questions, and all you get are nasty grunts and fingers shaking. I don't believe it is always a language barrier thing. I believe it is their elderly age and culture customs where I want your money first. I also got into it with a male employee over the misplacement of my laundry ticket, he accussed me of not giving him the ticket. When I had handed him the ticket and he had laid down the ticket behind the counter and could'nt find it. Prior to the pandemic, I used the dry cleaning service on a regular basis. There were different workers who were pleasant to do business with and spoke english. The attendants were very pleasant and were responsive to any problem with your clothes. I believe this dry cleaner store has changed ownership. I am very disappointed and unhappy with their attitudes and lack of customer service of the dry cleaner attendents. I plan to find a different dry cleaner that is customer friendly and appreciates your business. It is ashamed because their prices are slightly less than some of the other dry cleaners in the area.

I’ve brought a white button shirt to clean and I’m taking home a pink button shirt . No discounts. No apologies no explanation. I’m so irritated. They lost a customer.

Clean. Nice service! Lots of front loading washers of different sizes. It was very easy to wash my down comforter here.

Don't go. Rude owners. They rushed me. I used to come here all the time. But they need to work on their customer service. Machines all broken and dirty and someone took my laundry. 0/10 would NOT recommend. Disgusting place. Yuck. Go to torrance Blvd. near chase.

Multiple load washers make this chore less taxing. If you don't need to separate its 1 wash, 1 dry and out. Personnel is not very sociable, takes away from rating.

If I could get negative stars I would. My husband brought our curtains here to hem and was quoted the price of $20. The Korean female worker there wrote up the invoice and told him to pick it up Tuesday. Mind you, we asked for the cost before hand several times. I went to pick up the curtains and the same lady told me it was $40. The original ticket that was written up was replaced with a new ticket. She insisted that it was not $20. My husband had to come and show her the ticket and remind her that she was the one that wrote up the ticket. She denied that this was the ticket she wrote up and accused us of writing down $20 on the carbon copy receipt. Basically, calling us liars and thieves. Please, please, DO NOT do business at this place . They are fit to be in business. She knew that she had made a mistake and never even admitted to it. If she had done so I would have paid her $40 . Her excuse was because the curtains was made out of expensive fabric. Nope, my curtains were IKEA curtains, linen that I paid $25 for. Long story short we gave her $20 and left with our curtains. We also asked to see the owner but she ignored our request. I hope the owner sees this post because this is unethical for you to let your workers run your business like this. You cannot agree for price of a service and then change your mind. Horrible, unethical, fraudulent business practices.

Let me start by saying I have been coming here for over 7 years. It is always clean and machines are rarely broken. If they are, they are usually fixed quickly. For the first time ever I have been kicked out. The sign says they are closing at 7:00pm. I arrived at 5:38pm - an hour and 20 minutes before closing. It's 24 minutes for the wash and 30 for the dryer - plenty of time before 7pm. Maybe she wants to leave early, who knows. I had plenty of time to do a load. There are no signs saying last wash is 1.5 hours before closing. That said, I have been witness to others being kicked out 1.5 hours to closing over the years - I just never thought I'd be one of them. Post signs exactly when last wash is. FYI, after I left I saw a mother and her kids drive up and carry two large bags into the laundromat. I stuck around to see if they were kicked out, but after 5 minutes they were still inside. Why didn't they get kicked out? Again, clean, machines cone in various load sizes. Don't overpay for drying, 24-30 minutes and my clothes always come out dry and HOT. I sometimes see people pay for up to 36-48 minutes. The dryers are really efficient! They usually have KOST 103 on the radio and recently they haven't had the TV on. There is a drink and snack machine too. If washing at night COME EARLY or get the wrath of the duty officer!

Literally someone took my all clothes from the washer machine And the '' Lady "" don't speak English at all and ignoring me Trash place never come back i will put her on the news I will sued you for sure

Great quality work and good price point for services. I had all of my pants alterations done here since moving to LA. I also use their laundromat to wash my super dirty work clothes.

Business professional here and just relocated to CA. Went to drop my clothes off at Barbara's cleaners for a wash and fold service. I was very disappointed to discover several of my clothes damaged. In addition my quilt was discolored. I paid nearly $100.00 for the services. After informing them and driving back over tonshow them the issues I was told they are not responsible. So clothes and money lost. Very disappointed customer here.my quilt alone cost over $200. In the very least they could have apologized and refunded the money paid for the service. So much for customer service. Will not be revisiting this establishment. I am writing this review for others to observe and to think twice about this place.

Sometimes shirts dont get clean. Always double check before you leave. I dont even think one of them ever got dry cleaned. Same exact condition i turned it in.
