We came to look at a new TV for my dad and a new laptop. Matt helped us find a tv for my dad and even helped us solve a problem we had regarding the stand. Then we went to look for a laptop and Emmanuel helped us get one for an awesome price that was just what we needed. They were both very nice and attentive and we appreciate it so much! Definitely the best Best Buy around regarding the staff and selection. This is my new go to Best Buy!

Never have a been to a business like Best Buy where employees actively try to avoid you. The place is clean, selection is few & scattered. Not sure how long much longer BB but can hold out. Pricy as always.

The geek squad representatives at this store are racist. I walked in to service my laptop because the online appointment is full 2 weeks ahead of time. The store was completely empty and there NO ONE THERE. The white guy at the geek desk refused to help me even though I waited there for 1 hour saying he won't help me unless I had an appointment. BUT there was a white late standing behind me with the same situation and NO APPOINTMENT and all of the sudden he was glad to help her. RACIST!!!!!! When I asked the guys his name, he said I'll write it down for you, I said "well you could just tell me your name" he said let me help this customer and I'll write it down for you and went in the back for 20 minutes.

Horrible customer service & the employees spend more time talking to one another than helping customers. They are very disrespectful to customers and are very unprofessional. I will no longer shop at Best Buy. Not that anyone cares the managers aren’t much better. No wonder Best Buy are closing stores. Wouldn’t be surprised if this location closed.

Best buy is the best place to shop!!The staff at best buy always have good knowledge of the products and are willing to help, definitely a store that I will return to again and again for my electronics and more,In this case it was to buy a refrigerator and the person who helped us, 100%

Been waiting for a month to get a car installation. Today, on the day of an atmospheric river and a flash flood warning, it took over an hour to make it to the store from my house. There was no number on the appointment to call the auto tech directly to inform them about being late. My time was reserved until 10:45 and yet when I arrived another car had taken my place. I received no calls informing me of my time getting bounced and with their computers down, I received no remedy for my time. This lead me to sitting on the phone with Best Buy for an hour exploring other options. I used to work for the company and understand procedures but there was no excuse for bouncing an appointment without making contact. Never returning to this store.

I m not a American.I yust had the baddest experience in usa at the best buy shop in Torrance California.The man at the cashier is the rudest person I ever met.Making bad comments and yelling on a customer since when is that professional. Yust because I'm not from here and dere to ask a question.

Ran in there because my 15 yr old TV finally gave out, so picked up a new one in time for the playoffs. In and out of there in about 30 mins.

Worst Best Buy ever - why do I ever come back here ? They can't get the simplest things right and without prodding by the customer. Do yourself a big favor and avoid ever stepping foot in here... order from anywhere else first.

We tried to make changes in our Best buy Plus however we were told to do it online. Trying online has been difficult and impossible.

Way too big of a store, but being able to order and pay online and pickup in store is a huge plus.
