“Really nice wheels for the price. Have about 600 miles on them, so far. Noticed a comfort and speed difference from my Dura Ace C35s (rim brake, bonded carbon to aluminum), especially when spinning at higher speeds. I ride in heavy wind almost every day, and these do well with wind in any direction. FFWD is among the select few that sells good-quality carbon clincher/rim brake wheels. Very well packed and they look great on my Lynskey. They lost a slight bit of true after the first 100 miles. But I trued them back to perfection in a jiff.

Update with about 1600 miles - love em. Highly recommend them. Still perfect, true, fast, all good. No signs of brake pad wear on the rims, but I am careful.

UPDATE: I have about 2600 miles on these wheels. They have not had nor needed any maintenance except for cleaning and lubing the nipple threads. Great wheels.”

“We came in to have our teenage boys’ bicycles tuned up since they use them to get to school. We dropped it off Saturday morning and they promptly had it done so the boys could have it for Monday. We’ve also come in to have their tires replaced, which they helped us bring the bikes in and brought them back out to our car. We brought one of the bikes back a few months later due to a brake issue. We mentioned we were there before for a tune up not too long ago. They took it right away, fixed the brakes in less than 15 minutes for free and also helped load the bike into our car. We’ve had great, quick service and communication and are happy to continue to come back for any of our bike service needs. We also like to support local business.
