We came in very overwhelmed with a service from a different furniture store. Once we stepped through the door, Omika had a big smile welcoming my boyfriend and I. Once we mentioned our experience, she reassured us and made us feel so comfortable and took the time to hear us out and breathe with us. She is the sweetest individuals with the biggest heart. Best customer service!! Thank you Omika and Raul, we love the customer service and will recommend many individuals to this location.

If you’re looking to work with people of integrity look no further than Brenden and Lina of Bob’s Furniture in Torrance. I went in to purchase a mattress cover for our sons bed and I got more… I met genuine folks whose heart is to serve others, and Brenden and Lina do it very well! Loved Bob's everyone was so nice and no one was pushy at all. Lina helped us and was super nice patient and helpful the wholes time. I'll be back to buy more furniture.

I was in the market for a couch. I walked in and was greeted by Omika. She listened to what type of couch I wanted and brought me straight back to the Trevor Sofa. It had all the specs I was looking for but of course I went and sat on at least a dozen others just to make sure. Omika was able to answer all my questions and was able to give me a delivery date right then and there! Couch was delivered today and we are so happy with our purchase.

The sales woman was absolutely fantastic. Couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful. She went above and beyond to meet all our needs. We will definitely be shopping with Bobs again thanks to her.

Kevin was amazingly patient, product knowledgeable, and provided just enough input eye necessary to make a comfortable decision for my space. I felt he was genuinely invested in my desired outcome and didn't mind taking a few extra moments to ensure we purchased precisely what we wanted.

I purchased furniture from this store and it was never delivered. I spoke to over 6 different people about the furniture and they just kept telling me they are working on it. This is the most unprofessional delivery service that I have ever dealt with. I will never buy furniture from this company again and I will never recommend this company to anyone. I have guest coming in town and I have no living room furniture. I got rid of my furniture because I had purchased new furniture that was supposed to be here. Now, I have an empty living room. This is so horrible & stressful.

On November 5th, I went with my husband to buy a pair of chairs for my den. We quickly found a couple that we liked while working with the manager. He asked if we wanted the "good proof" service, which we both specifically declined. He then turned us over to Lina, a different customer representative, who was to ring up our order. When I went to sign their paperwork, I saw an additional charge for $49.99 on the sheet. When I brought it to her attention, she went to the manager who said that we could reverse it. On my credit card statement, I was charged for the entire amount. The manager told me to wait 7 days for a refund. I waited and no refund came, so I called customer service. He looked it up and told me that I didn't receive a refund because they set it up as a store credit! Now I have to wait another 8 business days to see if my credit card will be refunded. So frustrating!

I had previously skimmed through these reviews before purchasing and thought to myself that maybe they've gotten better after all these poor reviews...laughable. Terrible customer service from back-end staff and management, specifically Michelle. They are extremely rude and come off with an awful, disrespectful attitude like you are not a purchasing customer but someone they personally know and they have a problem with. The floor associates are kind, you will think it's a good idea to purchase, just don't. Save yourself the headache and give your business elsewhere. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Unless you enjoy a hassle then by all means you'll love your BROKEN FURNITURE. I asked multiple times for my purchase to be Disassembled to which they agreed would be done with no problem. They also encouraged me to use their third-party shipping service for a smooth same day delivery. I asked multiple times if the product in fact would be broken down and they said yes, without hesitation, in addition to confirmation from management. Not only was two of my purchases severely damaged upon delivery but the table I purchased was NOT broken down. I did not have the tools to disassemble and fit through my door, hence the need for the break down. Again, don't be deceived by the floor staff. Unfortunately, they only get commission not hourly, so of course they are pleasant. If you were needing sign, let this be it lol I strongly recommend purchasing elsewhere. They will blame the delivery service for damage and also state that the driver has the option to request for product not to be disassembled (but my other item was broken down...make it make sense). Zero accountability, zero assistance in rectifying the problem and they are not concerned with having a returning customer. I don't ever write reviews lmao but this was ridiculous. The delivery service is like uber, it's a ride share app with random folks who deliver. I can see how the other reviews are awful, but my particular driver went the extra mile. Not only did he have cushions and blankets to protect my items, but he stayed close to two hours to help me find tools from my new neighbors and helped take off my door because the table screws were stripped. The driver was not the problem in this scenario, their staff was.

Pleased with Bob's. Visited Jerome's, Living Soaces and Ashley while looking for furniture. Went to Bob's and purchased more than I went in to get. Great prices, quick delivery, great customer service. Noque and Daniel are the best in the Torrance store . Was able to look around with no one breathing down your neck but readily available when you need them

Choosing complete bed is easy through the help of sales person named Kevin. But there’s a problem on the time of delivery. Headboard has the same left-leg so wasn’t installed. Headboard has to deliver and install the following week.So far, everything looks good.

I a queen size bed and headboard. Upon delivery the order did not come with brackets for headboard or lights that I was told came with the headboard. The same delivery Sept 15th day, I got a call from customer support saying they would send out parts at no charge and be here Sept 20th. I got a call from Rep from store.. saying they can not ship missing parts unless I pay $50 additional charges. I asked to speak with manager. The Rep said the manager is busy. I told I would hold and he hung up. I called customer service she said she placed the order for missing items no charge. I called right back and talk to a different person and she didn't see any order but told me I had to go out and buy bolts for mounting. After about an hour she SAID she got all the parts on order including nuts and bolts shipping Fed Ex. But they would not over nite. Sept 19 and still no parts says next week possible delivery. Two weeks to have my bed probably, if the actually do send parts, to have my bed complete! ?

I left completely in love and satisfied with the customer service that was given to my family and I. They were so nice and so helpful and were willing to go the extra mile to make sure that we got everything we needed. Lance was the best and he was super helpful, funny and so great! He made buying furniture such a breeze despite how stressful it can be! I will definitely be going back in the further and making sure I recommend Bobs to family and friends!!

Completely not helpful. I’ve purchased some good items from Bob’s. A really nice couch and chaise. And last was a bed with storage and matching headboard with storage. However the head board has a design flaw. There are sliding doors for the storage on the headboard, but if you lean against it while lying in bed or push against it too hard, the doors slide off the track very easily, and the parts keeping the doors on the track pop out because they are spring loaded, and shoot off to who knows where half the time. So since we have lost a few, i figured, since the same bed and headboard set is still available through bobs, they would have extra parts. I went into this location and talked to two guys at the desk, explained the situation. They looked totally confused on what to do. They asked if I had coverage on it, I said no. He said if you had coverage then we could replace the headboard. I told him that wouldn’t fix the problem I’m having, I would just be having the same problem with a new headboard. So that was the first useless information. Second, they told me I should look on Amazon. Duh, you didn’t think I would try that? Third, they said go to lowes. I told them these are very specific pieces and very specific sizes for furniture, lowes doesn’t specialize in that, and that’s why I came back to the place I bought it. I can’t believe that if they are still making this set, that they only make just enough parts and have no spare parts available. They must be perfect every time building these things and never lose or break a part. I’ll just have to call customer service and complain and hopefully someone can be helpful. Because this location is not, and if you buy something here, make sure you never lose a screw or any little piece, because they can’t help.

I appreciate not being followed around the store, especially when I know exactly what I want. Lance very kindly and politely introduced himself, asked what I was looking for, saw that I was in the right area and said if I had any questions to just ask and he gave me his name. I found exactly what I needed and the price was amazing. Since it was the first store I visited and first small dining table I saw, I wanted to visit a few other places. I ended up back at Bob’s because no other stores had what I wanted. Sometimes you just need something small, well built but not too expensive.
