Bob and his team are very knowledgeable about car alarms and sound systems. I had the pleasure of having them install an alarm in my car, and they did a thorough job. They went above and beyond to accommodate the needs of my older vehicle and even stayed overtime to complete the installation, which shows their dedication to their craft. I would return to them anytime for my security system or surround sound needs, and their prices are quite reasonable as well.

Paid $750 for basic stereo in my VW van.
Stereo failed during my first day, they didn’t want to fix it, definitely avoid these guys,

Bob's Car Audio and Electronics were so helpful in fixing my son's stereo and backup camera. They got right to work on trying to address the issue. It took a little time, but they were able to get everything up and running again. It turns out they had to repair some of the wiring that was corroded from the rain. Bob's Car Audio and Electronics truly stand by their products. A big thank you to Bob and his wonderful team for taking care of the problem for us. My son can continue to drive around the city a little safer, since his backup camera is back up and running.

went here thinking that they would do a good job but nope i'm very very disappointed they put new speakers in & 1. on the left side it's not put in right & now my speakers make a static noise & it never sounded like that before i came back and they told me they would fix it and they didn't fix anything it's still the same and not only that they couldn't even screw my two 12's back in that they un screwed it literally fell over and could of ruined my box thank god it didn't

Go here if you want a fair price. Bob installed 4 door speakers, subwoofer, 2 amps, base control knob, and hi pass filter in my VW Tiguan. The stock system sucks. Al and Ed's wanted $2400 to install the same thing. Best Buy wanted to up charge me a $450 device that was supposedly necessary to make the radio work. Total $1900 to install the same thing. I had to set up an appointment with Best Buy 3 months in advance to find out about the upcharge the day of. After leaving Bestbuy, I found Bob. Dealing with Bob brought my total to $1200. Also, Bob installed everything the same day I found him. Neither Al & Eds nor Best Buy was able to do that. I would recommend Bob anytime.

Installed my car dash camera front and back. Very professional, fairly quick, hid all the wires properly and not interfering with airbags. Couldn't be happier. Always have a dash cam installed by a professional. Thank you, David.

They have inventory including head units with DVD which I wanted. 2006 Toyota 4Runner. Called them up and Justin told me they could help me and said come on in. Was home 2 hours later with a new JVCKenwood head unit that integrated my back up camera and iPhone apple play perfectly. Fair price on the unit and labor.

Initially, I had a very poor experience here after having lots of work done in June. Since then, I’ve brought my car here multiple times for amp tuning and for small, minor fixes (all free of charge of course) Most recently, I brought my car to fix a minor problem related to the high-low adapters installed here. After talking with Victor, who I’ve never seen after coming here many times over a few month period, tried to convince me I needed more work done. Throughout our conversation, Victor began explaining my problems by talking in a persuasive way, beating around the bush, and being very unclear in his working process, trusting that I would blindly follow his advice. Reluctantly, I decided to leave my car here and before leaving, Victor stated I would be hit with a “few hundred dollar” bill. This was a shock to me as Bob had been attempting to correct these errors for quite some time (free of charge). When I explained this to Victor he ignorantly ignored my history of work being done here. After a back-and-forth exchange, Victor began to ignore me and proceeded to make a phone call. After this, I spoke with Bob to see what he would offer to rectify the situation and of course, he compromised with me (as had been previously). However, after I came back hours later to pick up my car, Victor began to speak to Bob about me thinking that I did not hear, saying that he “can’t deal with people like that” and “he’s taking advantage of you” and “we didn’t even cause this problem.” Victor continued to speak to me saying unprofessionally, “watch out” and pushing me out of his way. At this point, I understood that it was best to not be a demanding customer and let it go. However, This just shows the ignorance, incompetence, and lack of professionalism of Victor. Fortunately enough for me, Bob’s and the rest of the staff’s professionalism, with the exception of Victor, was sufficient (the reason for the rating). However, because of Victor’s actions, I may not be coming back here for any work in the future, which is a shame because Bob is very professional and has some of the best prices.

My car radio had a lot of static and I thought I needed new speakers. I went to Bob's Audio and met with Dave. After checking it out it was my antenna. He really worked on and didn't stop until he was satisfied! What a goldmine!! I highly recommend this shop. Thank you again from the lady with the purple hair!
