“I had a great experience with Modern Collision. My Acura ZDX had a serious issue with the windshield wipers, they wouldn't respond to the controls at first, and then they would suddenly start operating at an abnormally high speed. It made driving in the rain impossible. My car is under warranty, but the dealership had a two-week waitlist, which I couldn't afford.
A colleague recommended this shop in Torrance, and they were able to fit me in for an urgent appointment the same day. The technicians performed a thorough electrical diagnostic on my EV and identified a fault with the rain sensor and its calibration.
They fixed the issue quickly and professionally. It’s hard to find a shop that is truly equipped to handle the electronics on newer electric vehicles, but these guys clearly know what they are doing. The facility is very clean and the staff is straightforward and honest. Highly recommend them for anyone needing reliable EV service or collision repair without the long dealership wait times”
“Autobahn is my collision center of choice. Why? They do a great job project managing AND managing the insurance for you to make sure your car is exactly as it was before the accident. They negotiate with the insurance to make sure you get the appropriate part that is required to make sure your care is 100% like it was before the accident. In my case for example the insurance sent an aftermarket head light that did not fully work with my Lexus and James my project manager from Autobahn made sure that I got a Lexus OEM part. Also I like that you get your car back fully detailed so it has a nice touch when you get your vehicle back after an accident. I also had my Porsche there a coulpe of years ago and the owner took extra good care of me back then as well. GO Autobahn :)”

They were able to color match and order parts for me while I still have my car and the installation only took one day. And because the installation hours were less than the initial quotation, he lowered the price for me. Detailed and honest work is so rare these days. “Excellent work and even better customer service. We could not be happier and grateful for the professionalism and kind understanding of our circumstances. I'm a Canadian and my daughter was working on a three month internship in Torrance, CA. Two weeks before the end of her internship her car was at the end of a three car pile up on HWY 110. Thankfully no injuries but some significant damage to the rear of the car. We don't live in Torrance and we did not know one shop from another, so I asked an old friend who he recommended, and that was Caliber. Before the accident we had planned to drive the car from LA to Ottawa, Canada where my daughter was going to start a second internship. With only one week inbetween jobs, we thought it would be impossible to get the car fixed in time, and we already had non-refundable reservations for hotels across the country. To cut to the chase, John and Jeff at Caliber knew our timeline and they got the job done with a day to spare. This will be an epic road trip with my two adult kids, and we would not know what we would have done without Caliber. We have no worries about the quality of the job done, but still nice to know that we have a nation-wide gaurantee on the work done. When my daughter picked up the car it was all polished and that was a nice touch. Thanks to everyone at the Caliber team who made this possible.
