They only do curbside drop off so I had to hire movers to bring in my shipment. I was given the time window 11-3. Around 1pm called to see if it was possible to get a closer guess on delivery time. I was told 3:30-4 because they’re running late. I hire movers to come between 3:30 and 4. By 5pm i have not heard anything and cannot get in touch with the drivers and have to pay my movers and let them go. I don’t understand how a company that ships large furniture doesn’t have a white glove service to bring the items into their home. What are people supposed to do if they can’t lift a shipment themselves?

DO NOT trust them or work with them. If I could leave 0 stars I would. They've been keeping my package for days and their customer service is TERRIBLE, she hung up on me, WOW! The delivery Date is past due but they don't have a truck until next week so they asked me drive for 3 hours to pick up my machine. Our whole production stopped because of their lack of responsibility. STAY AWAY, I'll make sure to go to BBB now to leave a review!

This place discriminates against its employees and retaliates when you speak out. There is no open door policy and no on-site HR personnel to keep supervisors and the manager accountable. If you looking for a forward thinking company, you will not find it working here.

The absolute worst company in logistics. Messed up two orders with delays and lack of attention to detail. No communication and terrible customer service. Stay Away. I ordered Super 73 electric bikes. Terrible company.
