A huge and well stocked discount store but strangely it's less crowded compared to the Ross and Marshalls stores along the same strip. The washroom was locked when I visited. This store takes a very serious view on shoplifting and there's a security guard at the entrance to control customers entrance and exit.

You can always find good stuff here. From health and beauty to kitchen stuff. The staff was friendly and engaged in conversation. They gave the impression they were happy to be there.

Their new anti -shoplifters policy is a bit aggressive. You get stopped at the entrance and they take a picture of you before they allow you to fully enter. Other stores have technology that automatically scans your face so I don't know the point of this. I also went in to just buy one thing but found an item I wanted to try on. The original fitting rooms have been shut down and was directed to a new one at the front of the store. This area is not adequate because it's only 2 rooms and only was open for use which caused a line to form. You could see the frustration on the faces of other patrons. I decided it wasn't worth it and didn't even bother to wait. I understand measures need to be taken for anti-theft but treating every single customer like they are a thief is probably not a good business model. There were barely any people in there and I think others will continue to go to other stores. There is already competition within the same complex. Do better!

I was at this location at 1035pm and this location will closed at 11pm and with today's date 04 14 2024a supervisor name Dennis was arrogant not knowledgeable and with a nasty attitude reasoned for visiting the store was customer issue and according to the girl at the register a supervisor needed with my customer issue which missing merchandise was .the reasoned a supervisor needed to help me out so I patiently waited and Dennis the supervisor arrived at the register at 1058pm gave me an attitude wherein he supposedly fix the issue of my visit at this location tonight and he told me with a big nasty attitude that store will be closing in one minute instead of fixing the issue that I had with this location Dennis made it seems worst the issue instead and Dennis yelled at me I am a customer for years spending money and together with my store credit account and truly not deserved to be treated the way Dennis did its not obviously in burlington handbook that 11pm should close the store and let customer like me to be forced leave the premises and that is very rude that in 1minute time store need to closed without properly assisted and resolved my issue he instead gave me an attitude that obviously Dennis doesn't know that customer service is a top priority before anything else attention managers of this location I demand an action because I was treated very unfairly and I wouldn't take his attitude because again I am a customer came to this location to be help with a person with authority and not abused his authority by providing me a very poor and un human treatment attention corporate people don't tolerate a employee who's giving your company and representing a bad image to your consumers and that includes me action from your end with this kind of behavior from your employee needed action and I demand i for that which I deserve thank you and expecting an immediate action on your end

What can I say about this location, well, I will start off with the good..I I'm always greeted kindly. The store seems to have a large variety and gets a lot of new stuff which I appreciate. BUT ,,, this place has way too many times frustrated me beyond words with the checkout line Seems to be the worst between 4 and 5 PM. I get around the holidays it's busy. I am not complaining about those times because that's understandable. But there is no reason to have many employees walking around putting away product standing and talking with each other and you have one person at the cashier.! Having 20 people in line for over 30+ minutes is ridiculous. To spend an hour shopping. Have a basket full of things and have to get stuck in that line. Very frustrating. You have people leaving their items because they don't have the time to wait... I've even seen people ask the cashier to call for back up to where they just stand there and don't even respond, they can look up and see the line going and wrapping all the way around the checkout line and back into the store and they do nothing. I actually went up to the greeter and said, can you please call for back up this is ridiculous and they have said several times that they can't call anyone to the cashier Are you serious!!! The look on everyone's face with them, shaking their heads like talk about horrible, horrible care, and customer Service. They need to rectify this problem and get more help for the consumers checking out. If this was one instance two instances, I wouldn't even be writing a review but this has happened to me more than eight times and each time I say to myself, I will just go to Ross. Why am I doing this? I think the person/cleric working the cashier needs to call for back up the minute the line exceeds 5 people. Where is the manager and why isn't the manager coming up and handling the registers? This is completely unacceptable and that is why I'm writing this yelper and I am not worried I know I am not alone I know many many people are aggravated with this.. Hope you can change it and make it better so people can shop at Burlington and feel happy when they leave not pissed off that they are 30 minutes late to their next arrival. TIME to address the situation NOW Please

went to Burlington late night to go shopping and the guy greeting at the door ... I think he was just the security there , was so nice and helpful. He has great customer service and was very nice and polite. haven't went shopping in a long time and he made my shopping experience easy to check out and I will be definitely going back to this locaction just because the staff is friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this location ‼
