Material is really good, but after you wash it few times it wrinkles and looks really bad. Also, the way they are doing sales is not acceptable. They are selling on black Friday the same sweater with discount more expansive than I bought it a year ago without a discount. I will stop buying from them. By the way, they won't allow you to use your reward points with other discounts.

I purchased a button up shirt. The material and fit is very comfortable. The problem is after one wash the bottom of the shirt rolls up. Steaming it didn’t help. The other problem is the shirt doesn’t look as nice after just one wash. So far not the best quality.

We rented a home to the the Buttercloth team for a product photoshoot. Candice and Lana are super friendly and very professional. Always a pleasure working with the Buttercloth team.

Let me start by starting that the products that I have purchased from Buttercloth are all deserving of 5 stars! I have spent well over $2,500 on these shirts because they are incredible. However the way they do business is another story.The customer service is borderline horrific. When you have an issue with order, you will not get anyone to answer phone or return your call. Even when it’s 100% their mistake they put all of the workload on you. Their email responses are extremely generic and seem as if it’s coming from a bot system.I started online shopping 20 years ago and have never experienced a company in such desperate need of improvement on how they operate. And 20 years ago there were some doozies.-Hire enough staff to get orders out the door quickly. Creating a label and sitting on an order for multiple days when shipping was upgraded at additional cost is unacceptable.-Take ownership of shipping responsibilities. Never in my life have I had to buy insurance with other companies to guaranty that I would receive my purchase!-Hire staff to answer phones, return calls, and respond to emails appropriately according to the situation rather than using a bot system that leaves your customers aggravated and without help.If these simple things require a price increase than so be it. I would rather pay more and receive customer service that matches the quality of the product you are selling!Should the day come that I see these improvements I will certainly change my review to 5 stars. Once again I love the shirts, but I do more business with others because of the horrible customer service provided at Buttercloth!

Bought two shirts and I really like the material. Really nice! Unfortunately their size guide was wrong and I sent the shirts back to this address for an exchange. So far I've never heard anything back and looks like they just kept my shirts which I paid for.
