Caliber Collision is the best repair shop !!! You know your car is in good hands when you leave it there. My car looked like nothing happened when they were done fixing it. It was done earlier than the promised date and you get updates via text or phone call as to the progress of the repair. And here is the bonus... the repair has a lifetime warranty.. plus, the personnel at Calliber Collision Torrance are very friendly & accomodating.

Huge thank you to Jacqueline and Jesse at Caliber Collision! They repaired the front part of my car and made it look like new again. I was so impressed with the quality of the work — it truly looks brand new.
They were extremely helpful and patient, answered all my questions, and kept me updated throughout the process. I also really appreciated that the repair came with a lifetime warranty on the paint — that gave me extra peace of mind.
To top it all off, they even washed my car before giving it back to me. Everything was handled professionally and with care. Highly recommend this location and team if you want your car in good hands!

Caliber collision is professional and provides great service from beginning to end. My dad was hospitalized during the week the vehicle was ready and they were kind enough to keep the vehicle for us until we could pick it up. They did an amazing job!

Caliber Collision is a rare gem. They are on our car insurance's preferred body shop list. I'm happy we chose them off the list. They are thoughtful from the front desk to the repair staff. Horrible customer service! No follow through keeping me informed. Car need bumper repaired and painted. They only repainted troubled area, not whole bumper. They charged for whole bumper paint. There are hundreds of choices to get your car fixed. DO NOT CHOSE Caliber Collision in Torrance, CA on Kashiwa Street.
