Don't waist your time here. My friend took her car to this guy and he said he found a lot of problems on her car. She was surprised so took to another 2 places and both found the single problem. Car is driving great now. Also, he made her wait almost 2 hours even thou she had an appointment.

Terrible experience. We took our car there for a problem we were having. We dropped it off when they opened on a Tuesday. Later that day he called to tell us he needed to do more work on it. When we asked about the estimate for time and cost he wouldn't answer just kept saying what a pain the job was. Noon the next day he called again to complain about how much work it was and again wouldn't provide a price or estimate for when he would finish. 3rd day no calls from him and no answer the times we tried calling him. Friday we called every hour from 8:00 on, not only was there no answer but no voicemail. We tried the entire day and finally received a call from him after 5:00 asking if we were going to pick the car up. We were never notified it was ready. Price was high for the job after we talked to a couple of other mechanics. The repair was done but we now have other issues, a warning light on for another problem, a piece to our console is missing and the outside air temperature sensor is no longer accurate. We don't want to take it back for fear of not having the cars for days on end and having other problems.

Amazing! I had given up on air conditioning for my late model Honda. It was way more than the car was worth. But then someone recommended Charlie Cool. He fixed it for less than half of the dealership's cost for parts alone. I am so very grateful!

Charlie is a total scammer, I payed for my cylinder heads to be rebuilt on my 1971 F250 and he put on a set of heads from the junkyard, I also payed him to fix the main seal in the 390 engine and he used Silicon sealant that didn't work and the engine leaked terribly, he installed A/C in the truck and cut corners doing that as well, don't bring you cars or trucks here unless you like to gamble on the idea that he will actually do as he says, I found this out after I lost interest in the truck and sold it after l could not get the engine to run properly because of the junk cylinder heads he used. The current owner advised me on all the problems with the "repairs" made to the vehicle.

Charlie is an honest mechanic who loves what he does and will not take advantage of you! He didn't work on my car but he helped me get a good price on an A/C compressor rebuild and even contacted the machine shop and sent it out for me. It came back sooner than expected and he visited the shop on an off day to hand it to me and shake my hand! He knows what he is talking about, he has the best contacts that he can put you in touch with to fix your car, and he is just a jolly fellow!

I took my buddy here to get his car fixed 3 times in one week. Right after having his car there 3 weeks for a new clutch. Ouch!

I called Charlie Cool after having unsatisfying experience at another shop. He was so pleasant on the phone and said bring the car and leave it a couple hours. The dash vents did not have air flow. He repaired the car charged up the gas for the zircon and it works great. I would recommend this shop to anyone who wants it done properly and professionally. Thanks. Charlie is very COOL.
