Ordered an 8-piece meal for takeout. Comes with 8 pieces of chicken and two sides. We chose the garden salad and potato salad. The potato salad is very clearly store-bought. I went in and asked if it was store-bought, and the employee stated they get it from a container and just scoop some out (it was gross). The employee was kind and offered to substitute another side and I chose the rice. The rice was just okay. The chicken was a 6/10 because the flavor was good on the outside but dry on the inside and we ordered the Spicy Cayenne Lemon Garlic, and this chicken was not spicy AT ALL. The Garden Salad was mixed greens with a sprinkle of shredded cheese and some crispy tortilla strips... nothing to write home about. Lastly, the tortillas were cold, stale, and also appeared to be store-bought.There were no customers when I picked up my order at 1:30 pm, which is very weird because other businesses in the area are booming for the lunch rush and the restaurant had a foul smell.I was looking forward to finding a new regular lunch spot as I work in the area, but I will not be returning. The employee was kind, but management should consider the quality of food when wondering why they are not as lucrative as they would like to be.

This Charo Chicken restaurant was the best chicken restaurant where I had been eating before.It was located in the small shoppingmall, and there were many other restaurants nearby.There were plenty of parking spacesand I didn't have any problem findinga parking space.When I went inside of the restaurant,It was very clean, and they had bigdining room.They had various choices of menu.They offered different choices ofchicken meals, salads, burritos, nachos,Quezadillas, tacos,bowlssandwiches & other things.I selected their famous chicken meals that were fresh fire-grilledchicken with special lemon garlic sauce. I chose two sides, which were rice and Cole slaw. And it came with corn tortillas and salsas.There was a lady who helped me to select the menu. She was cheerfuland confident. She explained theirmenu carefully, so I made a goodselection.After that, I tried their chicken meals. The fire grilled chicken was not dry,and it was tender & juicy.First, I put some of the chicken pieces and salsa on top of corn tortillas. Then, when I tried it, it washeavenly tasty meal. Chicken was moist and savory flavor, and it wasmouthwatering taste. It was not saltyand spicy flavor that was createdamazing chicken.They cooked their chicken grilled toperfection.Also, Cole slaw was tangy and zestywhich made a perfect combination of chicken meals.I would like to recommend CharoChicken restaurant to everyone.Once you tried their chicken, youwould return this restaurant againand again.This restaurant is the best chickenrestaurant where I have ever eatenbefore.This restaurant is the best ?!!! I ❤️ their Charo Chicken !!!

I didn't visit this location physically. I decided to give them a try after spotting them on the the Uber Eats app. Uber Eats sure has a way of showcasing the items on the menu, enticing you to give the restaurant a try. I was very enticed by the picture of the "Charo Bowl" and the Quarter Chicken Leg & Thigh Meal with Coleslaw. So I gave those a try along with an Chips and 4oz of Guacamole. The food was good but the chicken in my opinion should be chopped in smaller cubes for the Charo bowl. The meat was a bit overwhelming. It wasn't until i ate most of the pieces that I was able to enjoy the savory taste of the rice, beans and pico de gallo. Also I was wondering why the chicken quarter meal didn't come with a drink. I guess it's because they are so generous with the portion of food. Not stingy at all. You can surely fill up. I didn't realize that they also have nachos and fries on the menu as well. My original choice was going to be the giant chicken burrito but I wanted to start slow by going with the bowl first. The service I received was superb. Although I wasn't there in person I appreciate that the food was hot and not just thrown into place. It was packed securely and with care.

There is a horrible smell (sewer) near the booth by the door. Now I understand why they had the door propped open. I ordered the Chicken Fajitas guacamole had a funny taste, I liked the black beans and rice. My elderly father the 4 piece meal chicken was smothered with seasoning, replaced beans for coleslaw it was good but didn't look fresh. Definitely not a place we will return to when there are better choices for Chicken.

This place smells like shyt, I don't know if it's the plumbing or if people are shyting all day , the food is OK, the portions are small , I ordered the chicken fajitas plate, I barely has any chicken, hardly any customers, I'm not going back

Food =5 stars but I gave 4 because the establishment is having plumbing issues so the place stank like sewage. Cannot dine in.

I was attack by your manager, he told me I could not place my bag on the counter. I ask for policy, I explained that my bag can be placed on the counter, and customers do it all the time. He told me only customers can place bags on counter and touch my property. He called Doordash and canceled my order. I will be suing if he still works there. He violated California law, he can not touch me or my belongings. Juan also touch raw meat and everything in the store, while drinking water after his assault, he never not once wash his hands in between task and handed an order to another guest containing salmonella! Below is the store location, I also have everything on camera! And made two reports. I will also make a police report as well!

I love the spicy chicken tostada salad and the green sauce is a must have!Efficient, quick service and prices are reasonable.My go to tostada spot!
