  Finally got my dermatologist prescription thanks to Apotheco Pharmacy! 🥹
  No other pharmacies were willing to fill my prescription — it kept getting transferred from Whole Health Pharmacy and Accredo pharmacy for two weeks. Apotheco confirmed my prescription the same day it was sent and shipped it out the very next day. So relieved and thankful for their quick and reliable service!

  Horrible communication skills every time I’m told I’m gonna call back. They don’t call you back. I have to keep calling them and there’s always an excuse why they haven’t shipped up my medication you better off using Walgreens at least there you expect a horrible customer Service

  Stopped by to pick-up a prescription and service was fast - no lines, no issues. I was in and out in under 10 minutes and staff were friendly, fast and efficient.

  Pricing for prescriptions is inconsistent to what insurance will actually cover. I paid an average of $70 more dealing with this company instead of going through a local pharmacy. I’m sorry I trusted that they were giving me the best deal by saying it “included a coupon”. Thankfully, I got a letter from my insurance stating they would no longer cover prescriptions filled through Apotheco. This forced me to investigate my other options and was surprised (Although frustrated) that my RX was actually $30 and through Apotheco would pay $70-$100. That cost certainly adds up after almost a year of filling prescriptions through them. I don’t think we can chalk this up to blaming “inflation”, but pure greed. My advice - do your research before filling RX with this company.

  This pharmacy is great. I get my medications from my dermatologist delivered from here. I've never had an issue with deliveries, payments, or customer service. The prices are amazing too.
