The staff was busy at work or attending to other customers clothes, but the owner still took the time to explain the wait time and answered my question about how the selling process worked. 10/10 solid thrift store with a good selection. I got a sick mötley crüe shirt! ??”

“My mom and I just came in yesterday to use my birthday reward($5 off). Now, this store is on the other side of the mall where Lucille’s is. So just be careful on how you enter the mall itself. ? It took a while to get there.
Excellent service from the workers, and my cashier was Diego(he’s very nice and sweet!). And another worker complimented my shoes, which was amazing.
And as for the overall rating, 10/10. It was easy to find what I wanted to buy(I originally wanted to buy a keychain but my mom wouldn’t let me lol).
I will definitely be coming back in the near future! My main store was the South Bay Galleria, but I am definitely making Del Ami my main.

“I made a random stop at their Manhattan Beach store (just to window shop, really) and ended up scoring some caps at the bargain price of $4. I bought everything they had. (To giveaway and all...) Caught a movie across the way and thought I'd stop here to see if they had any and they did. Bought even more. I was with my Mom and found a few things she liked. We got in line to pay, and as always, cashier asked if I was making the purchase with my Old Navy card. I told them I didn't have one. She mentioned a promo and that I'd benefit whether I get approved or not. Eh, we had time. Why not. And it wasn't long before the whole thing was over: I was approved for so-and-so amount, so I asked her to charge everything on the card. I didn't realize how much I benefitted with applying: our $130+ purchase ended up going down to $50-something and change with the discount. Super score! So glad of the stop. I will be making more stops in the future for sure!”

“I've been here a few times since moving to the South Bay in August. The mall is gorgeous and big but this Hollister location is a bit compact. I've noticed this with many of the stores here, they tend to run smaller than the same store in another mall. It can feel a bit cramped especially if it's busy.Today I went to return some pants that didn't fit. It was a bit complicated because I had previously exchanged them and the store was also very busy due to the holidays but the girl that helped me was super patient. When she needed the manager she didn't just call for her, she physically went and looked for her. The employees here GET THINGS DONE! The manager politely walked her through the process but they were only able to give me store credit (which was fine, they put in so much effort I really appreciated it).Before I left the register I asked if they had a certain style I had seen online in stock (I felt bad because they had already taken so much time with me) and the girl said let me check the back room for you. She didn't have any attitude or anything, even though there were so many people in line. I was impressed.She came back with the item and then asked if I'd like to try it on. I was like YES! She was so great. Whoever trains employees at this location deserves five stars. You have a great, hardworking team with lots of patience. Thank you for a great experience!”

“I have had nothing but EXTREMELY positive experiences at this Madewell. (Madewell, in general happensmy favorite brand of clothing, accessories, etc., I can't get enough) I am very happy to be a madewell insider (download their app or talk to a staff member if you want details on that)! The clothes are so stylish, minimal, can be dressed up or down, and don't even get me started on the JEANS. Madewell jeans are WORTH THE HYPE. I have become a jean obssessed hoarder haha and it is easy to do with their jeans because they have many sales throughout the year. I love that they are an extremely size inclusive brand, allowing people of all body types to wear different styles of jeans that in the past, were never available to many of us (I happen to be short and they carry short style) also have tall, and curvy jeans aswell. If they don't have your size or what you want in the store they will help order them for you. The staff aren't pushy at all with helping you size or look around even if you don't buy anything but they are always there to help happily! There have been so so so many amazing staff members here, too many to possibly name. I hope the manager sees this and knows that you have an incredible staff in this store, and this is the only madewell I ever shop at now (and look forward to going here everytime- my happy place).”
