The absolute worst CVS in the area. The pharmacy closes from 1:30 to 2:00. Which are the hours a lot of working people have to pick up their prescriptions. The lines are always long. It took me almost minutes just to get some meds from one of the locked cases.

Never going back into this CVS again.I was there for 15 minutes, walking up and down half of the aisles. Had a coupon for 30% off of a $100 Max bill. I walked 60 feet away from my cart to get the last 2 items. Was gone for 5 minutes away from the cart. They took my cart... it was gone... they must have hauled it to the back to re-stock the items. I walked around for 3 minutes looking for it. GONE. The store was empty. Maybe 5 customers in the whole place. I had 3 empty plastic shopping bags in the freaking cart you blind bats. May not ever shop CVS again. Waste of my time: (15 minutes driving.. 25 minutes shopping)...So, I dropped my last 2 items on the floor where I stood... and left. (If you picked up 2 boxes of "Just for Men" hair products next to the Chips/Snacks? That was me.)

Horrible attitude when confronted with their mistakes. Just in the last 2 months, blatant mistakes were made at front retail checkout and UPS check on 4 different occasions and each time, the clerk and/or followup supervisor tried to blame me for their mistakes. When proven wrong, they were passive aggressive, unapologetic and entitled. They acted like they were the customer and I had wronged them. It is clearly a corporate culture that breeds this when it is so pervasive. As for the Pharmacy, I stopped using CVS years ago because they think they are only retail clerks and know nothing about actual pharmaceuticals

AWFUL. Do not go here to purchase gift cards, there is a fraud problem going on and you will lose your money. Purchased a VISA gift card, 5 minutes after activation the funds were removed from the card. Went through Customer Service channels and they said there is nothing they can do, the money is lost. Someone in the store must have notified someone that the card was activated to move funds off the card that quickly. And CVS is not even looking in to security measures to find out how this happened and why. Just warning folks to use another source if you are purchasing a VISA card (this was a gift for someone, so you can imagine how embarrassing this is).

Pharmacy is terrible do not come here if you need timely medication. Every time I have to call them, most of the time they do not have my secondary insurance, multiple times quoted a higher amount to be paid. My insurance and doctor have not changed my prescription and it is supposed to filled monthly but each time it is hassle just to get the medication I need. Do not recommend and switching pharmacies due to this and would not recommend CVS pharmacy to anyone I know.

My scheduled appointment turned into a 2 hour visit. I was turned away personally by the pharmacist. Waited 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment to get my shot. Then the Pharmacy lost my Vaccine Card and was denied the restroom after at that that point been sitting in the pharmacy for 1 hour and 30 minutes. I have never been so frustrated at a pharmacy. I had an appointment scheduled for my first vaccine at this pharmacy. When the pharmacy asked me if I'm allergic to any medication I told them I'm allergic to Nsaids. At that point the pharmacist tried to turn me away and told me "No, you have to go to the hospital instead and we don't really do the vaccine here anyway". I then told her "No, I was approved by my doctor to have the vaccine and I was able to schedule my appointment so I know you do offer the vaccine so you have to give it to me". She then agreed to do the vaccine but I have to wait 30 minutes. ( I was then further frustrated that I had to wait 30 minutes when I got there 10 minutes prior to my appointment time). After finally been given the shot I then waited 30 minutes as recommended. I then realized I was never given my Covid Vaccination Card. So I ask for my card and they could not find it! They look for my card for about 5 minutes then came to tell me they don't know where it's at and the pharmacist is on lunch so she told me I can just pick my card up when I come to get my second shot in about 2-3 weeks. I told her "no I need my card to show as proof I got the shot today to my job". Then she told me "Well you're gonna have to wait about 20 minutes because because the pharmacist is on lunch and I don't know where she put it". So I decided wait until the pharmacist comes back. I then have to use the restroom because I had now been in CVS for almost an hour and a half at this point and I was told no restrooms are open to customers at this time. I then drive home to use the restroom and drive back to CVS. The Pharmacist then gave me my Vaccine Card. Getting the vaccine should not have been this long and complicated. I just can't believe the Pharmacist tried to turn me away from getting a vaccine from a pandemic that so many people lost their lives to.

I had just a very bad experience there with a woman named Rosa, who claimed to be the store supervisor. After placing my items on the counter I gave her my phone number, the same number I have used for the last seventeen years in this store! She entered my number and told me it wasn't working and asked for the number again. I repeated my phone number and she took a couple of minutes and told me she was sorry but my number was not in their customer database. I told her I had been coming to this same store for nearly 20 years and that is the number I have always used. I asked her if there was anything she could do for me and she shook her head no. She told me that if I wasn't in their system she could not check me out. For the third time I gave her my phone number and for the third time she told me that my number does not show up in their system. I told her there must be a problem within the system since I've been using this same number here for a very long time. At this moment she told me I had to wear a mask and she would not help me any further until I put one on. I apologized for this oversight on my part and went to my car and put one on. When I came back I asked her again if there was anything she could do to help me check out. She said she couldn't do that before because I had no mask on (what that has to do with my phone number I'm not sure). I then asked her why she didn't tell me that the moment I came to the counter. Her response was that she didn't notice it before. I asked her for the third time can you do anything for me now. And she handed me back my discount coupon and told me that she didn't want to help me because of my attitude. Whew, this girl had my head spinning. I just stood there for a moment stunned by her bad attitude. Yes, I had become a little upset because of her insistence that I was not one of their customers. I know she has seen me in that store before many times. It was as if she just wanted to make me miserable. And she did. I was exasperated and ready to give up. I felt like taking my business elsewhere (Walgreens) from now on. For the last time I asked her if I could just pay for my merchandise and leave. She gave me a sneer and said you can enter your card now. She had already rung up my sale (without telling me) with no problem and without me repeating my phone number. For some reason she didn't feel the need to tell me that when I re-entered the store. I have to believe that she was entering my phone number incorrectly and did not want to admit her mistake. I paid and left! What a bad experience. I'm not sure what was wrong with this woman today but she must not have wanted to be working on Sunday and took it out on me. One of the worst customer service experiences of my life. CVS just cost themselves thousands of dollars in business from me because of this nasty woman. Walgreens here I come!

Nighttime manager and cashier are incompetent. They couldn't comprehend how to add cash to a prepaid card I guess, because they told me to take my hundred-dollar bills to the bank. What??? I hope this store shuts down. It's crappy looking outside and even more disgusting inside!

I am only giving 1 star so I can post my comment. The Asian lady in the pharmacy is extremely rude (not the pharmacist). If she hates her job she should find another. There's plenty of people who would love to have her job. I have given them my insurance card but yet I am asked to pay an obscene amount. When I question the charges the Asian lady is extremely rude and won't even confirm if she has my insurance on file. Each time I have filled a prescription it literally took up to 3 days just to get it . After the 3rd day of not getting a call or text that the medication is ready I usually go to the store than I am asked to wait 20 more minutes because it's not ready.I just don't understand the chaos in that pharmacy.Poor service in the pharmacy . Shop at another pharmacy

This pharmacy and people working there are rude, arrogant, disrespectful and ignorant individuals._first you have go through a drop off window with usually the same cold "poker face" black lady that I never know her name although I was there a few times before when I really need a prescription filled for pain or during immediate illness, she grills me with questions, collecting my doctor's prescription orders, asking for my ID and insurance cards, told me it would be 25 minutes wait like usual every time like clockworks, I ask for the direction to the toilet rooms since there is no sign anywhere, someone told me it would be upstairs, I went back to the waiting red chairs in front of the cashier counter patiently waiting while watching other ladies behind the counter cracking jokes or something that I can't hear very clear except their facial's expression to each others. After over 30 minutes wait without anyone concern or care about, I saw other customers came in to pick up several bags of medications and go, I got up, get in line for question to see how much longer for the waiting, now the cashier or tech lady Phuong barks at me with an upset's face for name, DOB, told me in Vietnamese since she saw my Vietnamese last name and that she has just called the doctor's office and told me to wait, I don't know why she's talking to me in Vietnamese for when I can speak American English at least perfectly for the simple conversations in this situation like this? Except she wants to hide something or do not want other customers to hear or understand the arguments, I asked to what reason that she had to call my doctor (in American English)? she would not give any direct answer and told me to wait, I told her that I was instructed to wait for 25 minutes, now it's already pasted that time someone should be letting me know of the new wait time, she's ignoring me, I decided I've had enough, told them that I do not want their rude services and I demand the prescription orders being returned to me immediately so I can get my meds somewhere else. CVS should get rid of the practices to have people wait for as long as possible whether they are busy or not for hoping customers would stupidly purchase any or all of the overpriced items CVS carrying in their stores. Why does CVS not willing to accommodate our needs in expedite manner instead trying to delay as much as possible? If I can score 0 Star I would with this horrific CVS pharmacy, It looks like a boot camp with bunch of crooks trying to torture people in a sick mental games of waiting at the same time trying to rob people's pockets in broad daylight.

The Pharmacy is very hit and miss, mostly miss... And I've been coming here for several years. Pharmacists Mabel and Gina are slammed to the gills as is their meager staff. Heck, Phonghnia (sorry for the misspelling of her name) looks like she's about to cry sometimes cause it's only her plus a pharmacist running the show. Seriously, they really need to beef up the staff. Only two people working the pharmacy?? Really CVS?? As for the rest of the store, the prices are very high, much higher than the Target or Ralphs at the Galleria nearby. Hell, even higher than rival Walgreens across the street.... Lines at the front are really bad too. They really need more staff at this place...and lower their prices to compete better with their neighbors...

Of all the CVS locations nearby this is definitely the one to avoid. It's often understaffed with extremely long lines. I've had a few unsatisfactory run-ins with employees who were probably overwhelmed. It's worth a few minutes extra driving to go to a different location.
