“Sohail assisted me with rebooting my 2018 MacBook Pro. I've been using it for recording sessions and ran into some issues. After troubleshooting and upgrading the OS, I realized that my DAW was incompatible with the new OS. I tried downgrading and made a terrible mistake as my computer would not turn on and was stuck in a loop. Sohail diagnosed my computer and found issues with the fan, smoke damage, and the battery. It took less than a week for them to fix my device and I'm so grateful for their service. Def recommend this place to anyone having issues with their Mac device!”

“Amazing staff!! The team at Crimson is really good. You can tell they have been selling office supplies for a long time. I'm very impressed how friendly they are and will continue to do business with this company. They make sells calls which turns off a lot of customers I'm sure. I understand why they do it if your name isn't Staples, Office Depot and CDW this is the way companies make money. To say the least we prefer to deal with small business. “100% Ditto about Wendy. I have a 4 year old Prime 1800 U scanner that did not work after about 9 months of not using. I thought the problem might be the driver since both my wife and I have new laptops, one with Vista and the other with Windows 7. We left Wendy a voice message and she called back after only 30-minutes (much to my surprise). After having horrible customer service problems with other computer and electronic device support it was an amazing and positive experience to be able to listen to Wendy walk me through multiple software fixes to get rid of the old stuff and install the new stuff. End result, my wife and I now can simply plug in the scanner and continue with 2000 remaining slides. It could have been very easy for Wendy to say our device was dead and suggest we buy something new. She did not do that and I wanted to post this review so anyone that reads it will know just how honest and reliable Wendy is.... and a credit to her company for whom she has worked for 15-years.
