The first time I came in to buy a phone for my business, he made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Later, I returned for some technical advice. Even though the wait in the queue was long, Robbie helped me quickly and went above and beyond by showing me additional tips and features on my phone that I didn’t even know about.
At one point, I mentioned that if I couldn’t get something resolved, I might check with other stores. Well, I did — and honestly, none of the other agents were as knowledgeable or as helpful as Robbie. That’s when I realized how exceptional he really is.
So I went back to him for help unlocking my old used Verizon phone. Without hesitation, and with a genuinely welcoming attitude, he helped me far beyond my expectations. What impressed me most? He never once asked for a review like some others do. His service was simply authentic and professional.
I made sure to remember his name because I knew one day I’d want to publicly recognize his expertise and attitude in the T-Mobile industry.

“The employees and the owner of this beautiful phone shop are amazing. They are very organized and have wonderful items in there. They also do repairs and also have like a mobile phone service. I was able to get a SIM card with a cheaper line with Fast 5G data. They currently have a $204 line for the whole year for unlimited data. That’s like $17 a month. You can’t really beat that in Wireless companies. They were so helpful fixing my phone, grabbing my accessories and giving me a awesome service that I had to cancel T-Mobile because they were charging me a lot”

Went to the location off PCH and Normandie and were not open when the regular hours of operation are posted on their store front door.
Store is clean and has a much more appealing showroom of their cell phones than a few other locations.
Customer care and service are excellent and will continue coming back to this location.”
“I walked in to get some details on my bill and I was greeted with a huge, “WELCOME!” There were about 6 staff members in store and they all said it together on course. It was one of the best grand entrances filled with the warmest welcomes I have ever experienced at a T-Mobile or any cellphone store. I was assisted right away and when the next person walked in they all said, “Welcome!” And went back to what they were doing. But this is the customer service that’s been missing for years. Who ever is behind this type of energy KUDOS! I don’t know if it’s a corporate initiative, area/district manager initiative or store manager decision but keep it up and promote whoever is behind this! Even the lady who helped me I didn’t get her name I think she may have had reddish hair but she was so nice and answered all my questions. Fantastic job T-Mobile -Torrance (Crenshaw/Artesia), you guys are rocking the customer experience. More companies need this type of lead by example customer service culture. You guys delivered on first class service. Great work and well done.”

“Came by because I found somebody else's phone. Unfortunately they had already changed phones, but at least they have a backup now. The guy was really nice, and made sure to get the guy on the phone and tell him his phone was there while I was at the counter. Great service!”

“I pop in daily because it's my go-to 7-Eleven due to the staff. Hassan, Saimi and Ray are the best and they're really friendly. Overall, great staff, always clean and greate customer service. They now sell liquor and they still sell coffee, hahaha. I recommend coming here if you're in the area for your next pit-stop for snacks and more.”

They also have radio networks that cover all of L.A. and sell airtime on them. “Gas wasn't very inexpensive as I would of expected from a 7-11 gas station but they did have their window washing stations not only full of water but full of clean water and new window washing squeegees too so that makes them a solid 4 in my book. I'm so used to dirt smelly water in the window washing stations that this was a good thing in my book.”
“I always go to this 7 eleven and they restock everything so quick and well and the staff satish he always helps us out with any issues we always love to visit every time and we always see him working hard everyday with lots of hours even when he looks at my special needs cousin who’s always struggling with money but that’s not the point satish is such a great person and deserves to be boss of the place?‼️”

“I go there at night on my way home to pick up snacks and drinks. Never crowded and the help are all pretty nice. It's a smaller 7-11 but they have everything you would want if you're running in and out. Some stores have too much merch like posters and hats and stuff. This one is more focused on food and drink items. It promotes a rapid exchange and that makes no line at the register.”
