Their phone call solicitations are awful and there is no way to unsubscribe. I just got an automated call on my birthday for them to "wish" a happy birthday and then remind me of their location and hours. The call automatically hung up with no way to take myself off the list. I only got one RX from this place and I got about 2 dozen solicitation calls. I blocked their phone number.

I have historically went to CVS Pharmacy and always dealt with long wait times and unfriendly staff who don't care about their patients. My uncle referred me to Concierge Pharmacy. They were able to get my medication extremely quick, much faster than CVS. The staff is incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly! I am extremely pleased with their professionalism and will only return to this pharmacy from now on.

Called in to ask if they could obtian certain medication and received instant no without checking computer, checking other location, trying to come up with solution. Not helpful, not friendly.

Amanda here treats you like you are trash. I have been coming here for years but won't be anymore so disappointed in the customer service and dispensing my my medications. They screwed up my medications for past few months and lied said my doctor would not refill my doctor said that was a LIE! They did the same with my daughter's. My medication can't be filled until Monday, it's a holiday and since they aren't open on weekends either (another inconvenience) they refused to fill until Tuesday... treating me like I abuse my medication or something. Terrible! Won't be returning!

This CVS has really improved since the last time I went in there. I never wanted to go back after my last experience there, but I had no choice. I had a terrible cold and needed something to stop me from coughing before a concert near there.So, in I went. The security guard was the first person I saw and asked him where to visit. He was super helpful. I found what I wanted and got in line. The line was not long and this time the staff was really nice. I am so glad that last person is either gone or not there. I was coughing and said to any one near me, that I don't have Covid just a cold. They were all very nice and took care of me fast.I was very appreciative and now I will go back.

Only there once due to prescription from my dermatologist. Close to my Dr., but not home, so don't know how often I'd use it. But very friendly, & professional.

I am so delighted to write this review. I was struggling with a prescription for several days and our local pharmacies ( the well known ones ) were not helpful. In fact trying to contact them became a chore. I was informed by my physician to give Concierge Pharmacy a try . I am extremely pleased with the assistance they provided me. Albert helped me through the prescription process on the phone. He navigated the insurance system like a pro. He was super efficient and friendly during our call. The gals at the store were also wonderful. I am grateful to have found a service-oriented fantastic little pharmacy. Thanks again, Albert. You made my day!

Love this pharmacy. They text me when my monthly medication is ready and they even offer delivery service. I just pick the item up since I live so close by.

They close early on weekdays so you can’t go after work and you can’t go on weekends cause they’re closed. Good luck picking your stuff up if you work a normal job.

Prescription sent by DELIVER-IT. They left a SERVICE ALERT with no shipment number & whether or not they will attempt another delivery. I called their number & you need a shipment number for service. Their site wasn't helpful either. Pool customer service from Concierge and Deliver-It. This prescription is already paid for - $120!!!
