I’ve had a great experience living at Copa Pacific Apartments, and a big part of that is thanks to our amazing manager, Nataly. From the very beginning, she has been incredibly professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful.
Whether it's handling maintenance requests quickly, communicating clearly about community updates, making nice updates to our shared spaces or simply being available with a friendly attitude, she goes above and beyond to make residents feel comfortable and valued. You can tell she truly cares about the community and takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly.
It’s rare to find someone so approachable, organized, and committed to excellent service. Living here has been a great experience, and a lot of that is because of the great management. Thank you, Nataly for everything you do!

I had a fantastic experience working with Nataly, the apartment manager. From the beginning, she was incredibly quick to respond to any questions I had, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
She also gave a great tour of the apartment detailed, informative, and friendly. It was clear she knows the property well and genuinely cares about helping prospective tenants feel confident and comfortable.
Nataly’s professionalism and responsiveness really stood out, and I truly appreciated her helpful attitude throughout the entire process. Highly recommend her if you’re considering moving into this community!

I can’t say enough good things about Nataly, our apartment manager. From day one, she has been incredibly helpful, understanding, kind, and resourceful; everything you could hope for in someone managing your home. Whether it’s a maintenance request, a question about the lease, or just needing guidance on something apartment-related, Nataly is always quick to respond and goes out of her way to make sure things are resolved smoothly. She’s not just efficient she genuinely cares about the people living here. What sets Nataly apart is her kindness and empathy. She treats everyone with respect and always takes the time to listen. It’s clear she understands that this isn’t just an apartment it’s someone’s home and she treats it as such. Her resourcefulness has also come in handy more than once. Whether coordinating repairs, dealing with unexpected issues, or navigating tricky situations, she always finds a solution and somehow makes it look easy. Thanks to Nataly, living here feels less like dealing with property management and more like being part of a community. We're lucky to have her!

I was so excited to tour these apartments, as their photos online looked beautiful! I sent in a request online inquiring about a tour, but when I didn’t hear back I attempted to call them a week ago. The property manager, Nataly Jaimes answered the phone in an unprofessional manner and sounded bothered. She answered with “HELLO?” And I politely asked if I can book a tour for the upcoming Friday. She immediately came off aggressive demanding my name, what unit I’m interested in, and said “I need more details”. This completely caught me off guard, but ended up booking a tour for Friday at 4:00pm because I was very interested in seeing the apartment in person. Nataly sends me a confirmation email with her number attached, stating to call her when I’m there for the tour.
Fast forward to Friday, I was stuck in traffic so I attempted to call her number and texted her at 3:50pm stating I was running a little behind but I’m trying to get there as soon as possible. I never heard back from her, so I assumed she was busy with a client. We got there around 4:15pm and I attempted to call her again to let her know we were outside. No response. I emailed her and told her we were waiting outside, and she responds with “I never heard from you, so I left”.
This left me speechless, as I did reach out at 3:50pm and she never got back to us - it seemed like she was never there to begin with. I sent her a screenshot of my text that I sent to her at 3:50pm, and I have not heard back from her since.
I have been apartment hunting for the past few months, and this was BY FAR the most negative, unprofessional, and unpleasant experience I have encountered with a “property manager”. I will definitely be warning anyone who is interested in renting this apartment.

We moved from out of state and the new property manager, Nataly, made the leasing process SO easy and positive. The property is absolutely stunning and clean. Neighbors are very friendly and I can't wait to take advantage of what the complex has to offer.
THANK YOU NATALY!!

I had a very disappointing experience while searching for an apartment. The leasing agent (Teresa Graham) I interacted with was extremely rude and unprofessional. From the beginning, they made me feel uncomfortable with intrusive questions about my family status and other personal matters that were irrelevant to the apartment search.
Instead of providing useful information about the property and the leasing process, the agent seemed more interested in prying into my personal life. To make matters worse, they left a rather rude and dismissive voicemail, acting as if they were doing us a favor by considering our application. This behavior was not only inappropriate but also made the whole experience stressful and unpleasant.
I would not recommend this leasing agency or apoartment complex to anyone looking for a new place to live. I hope they take this feedback seriously and train their staff to be more respectful and professional in the future.
Seems to be a trend based on word of mouth and earlier reviews left regarding the leasing agent

Teresa Graham is Harassing, Extremely unprofessional, unfriendly management just as others have mentioned here.I called to notify her about her tenants dumping onto homeowners private property and that I had put their items back onto their property as our homeowners made complaints about tenants dumping. All Teresa did in return was scream and yell instead of finding an amicable solution together. She called 5 times after I told her I wouldn’t talk to her any further since she chose not discuss the matter in a calm and professional manner.

Would not recommend unless it's your last resort to find a job lace if you have a pet. Was almost scammed out of $1k when I moved in, as Teresa miscounted my deposit, unless she can't do simple math. While living there, I had my licked bike stolen from the parking garage. When asked if she could review the "security cameras" she refused. They probably don't even work. While working night shift, and having to sleep during the day, they began working on the roof above our heads without notification. We had a mentally ill neighbor who piled trash bags on the balcony above, leading to maggots raining down into our patio. Nothing was done. When we finally moved out several years later, the company refused to give us our deposit back and had to take them to small claims court to force their hand. Other than all that, it was livable, but be warned and don't count on getting your deposit back.

It was very fast and easy to get approved for our place here. That was super convenient. The complex is so big so it always seems to have available units. Things I liked about this place: -Everything was super clean. They have people that keep the property clean, which is really nice. -During the holidays, the decorations are super festive and nice. - Most people are friendly here. -You feel safe Things I didn't like: -They raise the rent like crazy. Not really sure why we pay for water as well. Our electricity bill was always crazy high here compared to our previous places...like literally always double & triple our normal amount. No one can tell us why. -although this is a pet friendly place it seemed like other people that didn't own pets would get annoyed by pets in this place...which I totally understand but why live in a place that is literally known to allow pets?! Overall, it was an okay experience. I don't think I would rent another place from GGE MANAGEMENT again though to be honest.

The apartments are clean and spacious and the amenities awesome. However management of this complex makes renting here not worth it. Several current residents are looking for new locations due to constant harassment and threats of fines by the miserable manager. She actually told a child that was laughing in the pool at noon on a Wednesday she was being too loud because she could be heard through her open office window. Residents are often receiving emails and texts with passive aggressive complaints and rules not in the lease. Rent elsewhere.

We scheduled an appointment and drove 1 1/2 hours with a newborn to come view an apartment only for Theresa (Apartment manager) not to show. Terrible management. *Do not move here!*

Do not live here unless you're cool with dogs barking all day every day. Also some of the dogs are huge and a little intimidating. And a few have to wear muzzles. Probably not the best place for kids. Other than that it's a fine unit for the price. Solid old building. Nothing special but nothing that stands out as bad either.

When no one was able to get into your own apartment building... Try giggling! So glad we moved. The apartment manager was only nice to us when we moved in.
