I buy hot dogs in the food court most of the time they are out of onions. I believe it is an easy fix and do not understand the problem

Went in today & service was terrible. It was always good but today was different. First no back up person so it was 1 man show, I had to put stuffs on flat cart myself & when asked if he can help me a bit & the end after he finished my transaction by throw stuffs to my flat cart before get to a customer & he was just quiet & didn't say a word & at the same time he saw 1 of the managers walked passed by so he asked if that manager can help me put stuffs on flat cart but manager said "no, busy." Wow What's going on? Today I was in line long time , all people behind me were gone. 1 line at the end split to 2 lines in the front. ( I guess I went to a lazy guy that worked so slow ) shouldn't be moody & had attitude & acted like he didn't be there though. His name was Alejandro, I said I will complain to management & he said do it!! Next time if I see him , I won't go to his line that for sure.

This Costco is the same as all the other Costco's, a large range of options, and everything you would expect, including the busy parking lot, the car wash, and tire service. I appreciate the tire air filling station, which uses nitrogen. This location is busy in the mornings on the weekdays, mid to late afternoon not so much. I just wish they carried Bobabam, which I haven't seen there in a while. Regardless, a great store.

I don't understand why JEANNIE (OP# 612) is a cashier. She lacks the very meaning of respect. She is extremely rude and entitled because of her 20yrs of experience (she said so herself). Costco needs to remove her from any type of customer service.

Usually 'quick trip' and 'shopping at Costco' are not two phrases that go together in the same sentence. But on a Thursday night at 6 pm, it ALMOST came true. I was lucky enough to have a costco right next to my work a long time ago in Wisconsin, and quick in/outs to get just a rotisserie chicken for a makeshift dinner became part of my routine. That went completely out the window in Cali, the costcos here are magnitude times busier and we just decided to stop shopping there. But we renewed our membership recently, and this Costco has been one of the less busy ones to allow a quicker in/out. The parking lot is large, and has sections that had plenty of open spots (many of them electric charging (though it's more of a walk and had to walk right through the very busy food court). T Costco is the best place to get beef that you can freeze for later (best quality, best non-sale prices), so just wanted to pick up a large package of stew meat ($4.99 a lb). We didn't need a cart, so was able to easily maneuver around (since the meat section is at the VERY back)....don't get a cart if you can avoid it...easier to get around for a quick visit (plus you won't be tempted to buy the 24 pack of toilet paper)...just be careful not to get hit by another wayward cart since everyone seems to use carts as armor/plow when in crowded areas. It only got really crowded once we wanted to checkout. There are no 10 items or less lines in Costco, so all the folks with few items used the self-checkout. I like this location since there is plenty of space between the craziness of the normal checkout lines and the self-checkout. There were 8 self-registers open, and two employees trying to direct traffic (i.e. pointing to any open registers). The line was single-file and ended up snaking around aisles enough to start getting confused with the pharmacy line. But we found out, it moved relatively fast (since most folks had less than 10 items). It actually reminded me a lot of the Costco gas station experience (except here you don't have to choose a queue and fret if you chose poorly).

Mozzarella made by Italians fresh and local Parmesan cheese , fantastic wines from Tuscany , the ciabatta bread , cured meats , and the prime short ribs and prime cuts of any kind. Organic flour for pizza , the happiest place on earth. Just go there and be happy meet some hotties lost in the aisles.

Love the car wash here! 7.99 for a car wash and it gets my car nice and clean. And there is a gas station. I went today and no line for the car wash and maybe 2 car wait for gas. Amazing!

I am a long time customer but going with 3 stars for the following reasons. Hot dogs in the food court no longer wrapped in foil plus no onions available. Paper bags are messy. All four beverage machines offering up Pepsi were only distributing water. Cranberry walnut bread has zero taste of cranberries. Quite a bit of the produce has no country of origin. Raos marinara jars are smaller than they used to be. Petty stuff but overall annoying.

Janet in Merchandize pick up is very rude! I asked about a merchandize and she answered very sarcastic, "what about it?" And continued with an attitude. No customer service skills at all! Please send her to training or get rid of her.

This is NOT the place to visit when you don't have a shopping list and you have the time to just wander around. Oh my goodness, I ended up buying MORE things that I didn't really need but bought them anyway. Needed paper goods for an upcoming event but I didn't need items in bulk. I showed restraint!!! The rotisserie chicken for $4.99 (01 Dec) can't be beat!!! How about the deals at the food court? Check, check and check. Ok, bye.

We have been coming to this Costco for over 10 years and every single time we have had a great experience. I just wanted to take a moment to thank Lisa (117) for always, greeting us with the biggest "hello how are you"and a sincere smile. She goes above and beyond at being helpful and giving advice. Great attitude and extremely knowledgeable on all your products. I can ask her about any new item and she knows exactly what I am talking about. We always definitely look for her register when we are going to check out, just to have her beautiful energy engulf us and to have a chance to just say "hi" to this wonderful person. She makes going on a Costco run, worth our time and day. Thank you so much Lisa

This review pertains to the Tire Department. I ordered 4 tires over the web site. When they were ready to be installed I called the Tire Department over 2 days maybe 15 times. Not once did they ever answer the phone. I also tried to schedule an appointment on line and it wasn't working either. So I took a day off work and got showed up at opening to get my tires installed. The hispanic guy at the register was kind of short and rude to an elderly couple which I chalked up to something happening that I missed. When it was my turn I informed him that his scheduling web site was down he told me to tell talk to someone else about it. I was shocked as Thought he'd want to know but he didn't. I then informed him I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone to which he cut me off and replied they'd just opened. This was bad enough but it actually got worse. He told me it would take 3 to 4 hours to install my new tires. This was not including the wait time. It only takes an hour to change 4 tires even without a car lift. He then informed me that they don't work on large 1 ton vans and that my rims were not stock and so they wouldn't install them for that reason either. I honestly felt the guy just didn't want to deal with me or my tires. Very very bad customer service, attitude etc. I will NEVER buy tires from Costco again. I wasted my money, time, and day off only to be treated like a pain in the butt. I went to American Tires right near my house, got all 4 tires for about the same price, had them installed in an hour and didn't get any attitude. Totally done with Costco's tire department.

Oh man, Costco - my absolute jam! I've practically made it my second home over the years. This place is where I fuel up, stock up, and chow down. Let me break it down for you, in my casual style. Gas Deals: First things first, I mean, who doesn't love saving a buck or two on gas? Costco's got your back with some sweet discounts on fuel. It's basically a no-brainer to fill up here and keep your gas budget in check. The carwash is also great too. The only negatives are the lines here because it's such a good deal! Grocery Hauls: When it comes to groceries, Costco is my grocery-shopping go-to. You can find everything under the sun, from the basics to some epic gourmet stuff. And the best part? You can buy in bulk without breaking the bank. Costco's got your back when it comes to value. The Food Court: Ah, the food court - the unsung hero of Costco. The pizza here? A total crowd-pleaser. It's cheesy, it's saucy, and it's enormous. And don't get me started on the churros; they're like sugar-coated happiness in a stick. Let's be real, you can't leave Costco without grabbing a slice and a churro. Quality and Price: Costco is where quality meets affordability. I mean, sure, you might come in for a few essentials, but you'll inevitably leave with a cart piled high. It's hard not to when the deals are this good. And don't even get me started on the Kirkland Signature brand - quality stuff, my friends. All in all, Costco's like the shopping central for anyone looking to snag amazing deals and stuff their cart with top-notch products. It's not just a store; it's a lifestyle. So if you haven't joined the Costco fan club yet, you're seriously missing out. Get yourself a membership, and let the good times (and good deals) roll!

Whenever I go to Costco there is always something that I didn't expect to find. They had the squishmallow 8 pack plush ornament. I didn't think it would be in-store but they had it. It seems like the in-store prices are less than their online prices. The only problem is that Costco is so busy. It's very difficult to browse around because of all the people and shopping carts. But it is worth it to check out the Christmas aisles because they have some neat stuff out.

Love the selection and prices, but the shopping experience is annoying. I buy my favorite, gluten-free chips there regularly and they keep moving them around, and to some random places. And the store is huge, so not easy to search. I asked at the online pickup window yesterday. She gave me the wrong location the first time, but I went back and she was very helpful. Actually took me to where there were, which was a totally new location. I don't blame the staff for avoiding eye contact as many people need help finding things. And it's not that common to find a worker on the floor. They are constantly accosted by shoppers if they venture out. Why isn't there a better system to help people? I know stores want people to wander around and impulse buy while looking for their items, but this is ridiculous. A computer station that you could look items up on would be great. Or put more staff on the floor.
