It's ok. They need more employees tho cus line is like the same length as checking out for your groceries. Also refills are not accurate when it's ready, better to call and speak with an employee rather than the automated person.

Horrible customer service!!! I've tried to refill a prescription y they put you on hold for 15 to 20 minutes or longer :-( Also, ¿how do you justify the cost going from $45.00 $250.00 in a 60 day period?

Illegally billed/documented for a medication. Prior to that incident, the pharmacy was a nice place.

Absolute worst pharmacy if you happen to need your prescription filled in under 24 hours. If you don't need it until days later, you'll be fine.

The staff here are extremely helpful and prices are significantly discounted. The only hassle might be parking, but if you only need to use the pharmacy, you don't have to stand in the normal line to make your purchase.

This review is for the managers of the Costco pharmacy and not the hard working front line employees (not sure what you make but it's not enough). I made a reservation online to get a booster COVID shot and flu shot. When I arrived, I only saw one long line. I asked the gentleman behind the window where the appointment line is and he says there isn't one. Everyone just gets in the same line. I asked what the purpose of making an appointment is then and he says that it's to have the forms pre-filled out. So the brilliant masterminds managing the place decided to offer appointments online but they're really not appointments because you have to wait behind walk ins anyway. To make things worse, walk-ins didn't have their forms filled out so people who did have appointments (for which as I was explained, the entire purpose is to have the forms filled out) have to wait behind people with no appointments while they fill out their forms. Following me? Then to add to the confusion, people with prescriptions were in the same line only to find out later that they have a separate line (for which there are no signs - an elderly gentleman just happened to ask after waiting in line for over 20 min only making it a third of the way to the window. Then because there's no sign, people with prescriptions arriving afterwards were still lining up in the aforementioned single line. And around and around we go. I imagine his happens pretty much on a daily basis so why can't someone see that there's a problem with the queue process and come up with a fix? At minimum, simple signs, even if they have to be hand written would go a long ways to helping people, especially the elderly, understand where to line up. And how about making a separate line for those with appointments? Would that be too much? During my hour plus there waiting for my turn, I saw many elderly struggle with having to stand in line (although many had appointments). Or maybe the managers don't care? But come on, you must have moms, pops, or grandparents too? Have some frickin compassion!

Terrible wait times, terrible service. Ive had prescriptions denied because they said the drs signature looked different from the date. Unbelievably rude lady of asian decent. I think same one that others have posted about. Wouldn't even call dr to confirm prescription. Isnt that what they are supposed to do??? Absolute joke.

Great service that includes medical questions answered, better prices with insurance & specific discount cards, and home delivery is a recent offer I received.

Costco pharmacy Torrance saving grace is Giancarlo, Chris, Amy and a few more. There is one female pharmacist there that has NO manners at all. If she doesn't like what your Doctor wrote for a prescription. She will deny it drill you with questions, plays God, and basically makes you feel like s**** She has the power of filling it or not. She is the decider and she lets you know she is the one who controls if you get your RX or not. I have experienced her God like behavior 3-4 times. There is no privacy when she questions you. Anyone around you can hear her. She does not yell but demands answers. She told me once my Doctor is being put on a list? I left with no RX that day humiliated. 2 days later I get a text my RX is ready? I am very surprised no one else has written about her. I love Costco and all the staff in the pharmacy, except her. She would be better suited to run a prison.

Well everything has been OK up until this point. I have a cat that's diabetic and I order the insulin through Costco because it's cheaper and I order the needles thru them as well but not thru prescription. I get a needles very similar to the U40. I believe they're slightly smaller which will hurt the cat less but you're giving the exact same amount volume of liquid. So been using these needles and been ordering them ahead of time and I picked them up when I get the insulin and there hasn't been a problem. All of a sudden now one of the pharmacists will not sell me the needles because she's not familiar how the U40 compares to the U 100. I said I've been ordering these there's not a difference there's been no problem until now and she basically tells me I have to talk to my vet to get a prescription for them. And I asked her it wasn't an issue up until I saw her. And when you order stuff that's not a prescription apparently they don't keep track of it because nobody could find it but I could almost see it back in the shelves when she finally found it she just told me she couldn't sell it to me which was so annoying. Beware.

Not going back to Costco Pharmacy! I came in for a flu shot and they took over 35 minutes to administer it. I checked in with them after thirty minutes of waiting and then they told me to keep waiting, which I waited another 5 minutes. I don't think Costco is a quick pharmacy and will go somewhere else in the future for a flu shot.

This Costco has good selection. There are a lot of items you can find here in a large quantity. It is always busy. You can ask the workers for help taking things off the shelf and they will gladly help you. The free samples are very good too. I plan on going back.

They tend to ran out of certain medications like inhalers, pharmacy hours are limited, the process of filling or getting your Rx is ridiculous... I will not get my medication here especially if you need your medications ASAP. I have a lot of instances when i was by the window and they either ignore you or pretend your invisible. I love costco as a store but the pharmacy is the least of my favorite
