Yesterday was my first time ever in this store and let me tell you how the customer service was not the best. I wasn't greeted by the two young ladies in the front of the store. They just stood there staring at me, you would think they would eventually speak or ask if I needed help find anything but instead just stood there laughed behind the register as they folded t shirts. It wasn't until I realized there was a third employee and thank goodness for her she acknowledged me and helped me with sizes because lord knows I was confused, I'm terrible with names and can't remember it but I'm quite sure it started with a M. After she helped me I proceeded to the register to purchase my items and the young lady with the long black hair was just so stale and snarky I couldn't understand why but it was a very unpleasant feeling..

Very poor customer service. Rachel, one of the cashiers, was being very rude to us. She was so rude, we almost returned an $89 item. The only reason why we didn't return the item was because I nice guy told us that he was going to talk to her about her attitude. We are regulars at this branch, but sad to say, we'll never go to this Cotton On again.

Cotton On Kids is not far from Cotton On, on the upper level near Macy's. Enter the mall by EMC / Brio Coastal Kitchen and take the escalator up. The front of the store is red and it literally just says KIDS. The "Cotton On" is in super fine print running up on the side of the K. I grew up on hand-me-downs and floor samples and I still never really buy clothes, but 2020 is my time to try something new. Having to procure a gift for a kid's birthday party, I decided to get some exercise and walk this mall rather than ordering stuff off Amazon or Target. Unfortunately, I couldn't find anything worth buying from Macy's, Game Chest, Disney and Nordstrom's, and this store was my last stop before giving up and getting a gift card from Din Tai Fung nearby. There weren't any kids at this store, or anyone for that matter, which was perfect for someone like me who actually don't like kids. A gigantic VHS tape hung from the ceiling with the tape label "Rewind with Us." As a 80s/90s kid, this totally spoke to me, so I walked in and was thoroughly amused. There were t-shirts and hoodies with Snoop Dogg, Biggie, and Ice-T's smug mugs printed on them. I would have loved to wear these to school! I had so many questions though: Are little kids these days familiar with these fantastic rappers, enough to wear these hoodies out in public? Are parents bringing back these fine musical gems for their kids and expanding their vocabulary with colorful words? What a time to be alive! There were also Green Day, Guns n Roses, TNMT, FRIENDS, Metallica t-shirts sold, but Biggie would have been the one I picked out for my 12 year-old self. I ended up buying two pairs of leggings with floral prints, a Mickey Mouse t-shirt and another t-shirt with a leopard on it. Safe and boring but I don't want to be that adult being an adult bringing a case of beer for the guys, trying to be cool but end up totally not cool. These 4 items were all on sale and still rang up to $30+. A part of me was screaming inside: a case of Kona Brewing variety pack with 24 bottles is only $27 at Costco! The store was clean. All the t-shirts were folded nicely. Things that were supposed to be on hangers were nicely hung. They sold kids water bottles for $5 each and hair accessories were like $12 unless you buy 2 get the third free (kind of pricy). The sales rack was sparse but my understanding is that it's a part of a brand's image not to have a ton of stuff on sale. Fashion and the textiles industries are very wasteful when you consider the resources needed to turn cotton plants into clothing, and unsold items end up in landfills and a lot of clothing materials are not biodegradable. Anyway, shopping here was so much more pleasant than shopping at the mess that is at the department store not far away. I don't know anything about kids fashion but judging by its appearance, it seems like Cotton On Kids is cool. They don't do gift boxes or tissue paper but they offer gift receipts and brown paper bags. Cotton On Kids isn't cheap, which is a good thing because cheap clothes means sweatshops. It's 2020 and we really should care about the impact of things on the environment and care for each other. Say no to the exploitation of other human beings to save a few bucks!. This is why I can't shop at Amazon and thinking back, it's a good thing I wore a lot of second-hand stuff growing up. Still wish I had that Biggie hoodie back in the day though.

I went to this cotton on yesterday specifically to use a $10 off $25 coupon. My sister and I both picked out shirts and when we wanted to try them on we were completely ignored by one employee and given a dirty look from another. When I went to pay it was like I didn't even exist. I had to wait several minutes for her as she ticketed clothes. I greeted the girl when she finally walked over to the register and she didn't say a single word back to me. She acted like I was an inconvenience for spending MY money at a store she works at, almost as if I was bothering her. It's terrible customer service EVERY time I come here. Don't bother. How hard is it to greet a customer??? Ridiculous.

5 people ahead of me in line with only 1 cashier. What's the purpose of an online order if you don't have priority? Then the 1 other associate here is folding clothes. Why not help the cashier? Where is Management, who does the schedule? Wil have to rethink future purchases.

Omg- as a consistent cotton -on customer, I walked in and was very disappointed in the customer service. I was greeted by a retail rep with a smile a young lady didn't get her name but was but after shopping and gathering my sales, I stood there ready to purchase for at least 5 minutes before I went looking for someone to check me out, I then found Rachel that was stocking sunglasses right next to the register and told her I was ready to purchase , she gave me a look like I was bothering her! I was like okay everyone has their days, it was Friday and I get it no one wants to be working before the weekend but at least have a decent approach , I'm not asking you for help I am ready to pay and go on my merry way!It continued thru my purchase I asked about a price that had rang up and if I purchased the same item would it be the price I seen on the rack she said "yes" but with really negative energy- I grabbed another of the same item in question-done. She continued to have a look as if she was not happy to be there, I usually will follow up with "having a bad day" to the sales rep but as this point it was clear she didn't want to be there!! I just let it be,it clearly upset me after leaving because I have always received good customer service so I just want to leave this review if anyone experiences this negative energy from this retail rep they should let cotton on know!

This is for cotton on across from American eagle ! HORRIBLE STAFF & MANAGEMENT !!!!!! Ive been to this location times with my boyfriend he like their T-shirt's so i go with him, but for myself when I go alone the worst experiences ever. The manager & whatever crew is on shift is always whispering to watch me, follow me around the store. It's very uncomfortable & I will never spend my money here ever again! Don't shop here.

Sizes go fast but products are cute and reasonably priced. Product line is based in Australia. I'm a huge fan of Aussie products. There were just too many cute things for my toddler. I came back twice on my vacation with my family. The first time I came, it was at the end of the day close to their closing time. The young girl didn't offer me a points card or membership for special deals. Maybe because it was close to their time to close. The thing is that great service should always be provided regardless of time. My second visit was better. The manager, Stephanie was extremely helpful. She got me started with my points card. Extra excited about the rewards I just got and future rewards too. Hope they open a store in my state, Hawaii soon. It definitely will be a hit among the locals.

What happened to customer service??? My Daughter and I walked into the store tonight while 3 employees were having a conversation right in the entrance. Their conversation never stopped or paused when we walked in or walked by. How rude!!! We went in there with the intention of buying a few things but refused to with the lack of customer service! Where's management????? We ended up walking across to American Eagle Outfitters where we were greeted by 3 of the many employees when we walked in!
