I shop there very frequently. Have asked for bus change so I can get to the VA Hospital in Long Beach the 3 women I asked said they cannot unless I purchase something, however I have got change from men and was given change.This morning and one of the Women was working, So, I purchased a drink on my EBT Food Card. Then asked for change and she told me she cannot give change unless it is a CASH purchase. So I said here is the drink I purchased, either refund it back to my card or void the sale. She said she could not do that either.I told her that I would never shop there again and she said that’s OK
