Cubework Torrance is an excellent location for our business as it is strategically located in the middle of the Long Beach port and airport terminal. The building and surrounding area is always clean. The building manager is also helpful when we need assistance on any issues at the unit that we are renting

It's been a year and a half since we moved in this office location is very good, the surrounding environment is very nice and it's very quite. All office staff are satisfied and this is good place for business.

Cubework Torrance is an excellent space located centrally & near the 405 & the 110 - easy access to freeways, in a very clean neighborhood full of commerce. The building has a mail room for receiving from all carriers which makes leasing space here very convenient for a business like mine where we are not always on site every day.
The facility is kept incredibly clean & is generally quiet with a great group of tenants. Parking is ample, clean & safe. Common/shared meeting areas are available as well as a kitchenette. It's a perfect spot for our business.

Worst experience of our lives at cubework Torrance. (They steal security deposits, they just add bogus charges after they give you a final ledger if you press them )They dont fix anything, dont keep any of the million promises they make. They all seem so nice at first. We were the first ones there. It took 3 years to fix the loading bay door.They rented out the utility sink area, blocked access to the offices and womens bathrooms, and rented out all the parking spaces to truckers and storage containers so you can barely get in and out.After a friendly introduction, you will deal with rude and blatantly unprofessional staff. They constantly email blast everyone if one of the many units does a small infraction. They will accuse everyone if they aren't sure who may has left a pallet out or some other tiny violation. They constantly threaten $500 fines for everything and anything, signs everywhere). We stayed in our own area trying not to be bothered, they always bothered us. Just barging inTheir accounting is terrible. They will steal your security deposit and tell you that you owe if you ask about it. It's almost worth it to get away from them. We are thriving since we left and have decent electrical and actual walls.They prey on new businesses. Once you are there, they will j*** you around and raise the price on you any chance they get. They will demand you pay cleaning fees and weird communal services that aren't real. Our key cards were deactivated and they charged us 25 each to reactivate.. such a tiny scamEmmarie is by far the most rude and unprofessional person I have ever even heard of in my entire life. She yelled at my coworker because he asked her not to get so close without a mask during peak pandemic. She screamed in his face she is allowed to. Very weirdWorst part is the way they treat you. I wanted a space in another facility, but said it wasn’t available. So they showed me pictures and location at this place place in Torrance. Then when I was sold and asked to see it, they decided it wasn’t available and offered another at twice the cost. Bait and Switch.

We have rented an office from Cubework in Torrance a year ago. It's a very nice place. It's neat and clean. You can always expand your workspace by renting additional offices or warehouse space when needed.
