Pharmacist Michelle is the most amazing rock star pharmacist, and human being I have ever met in to many years to count !! Not only is she as fast and expedient as lightning, but her precision is that of a grand pianist!!! She is laser focused on customer service & expedient care !! Michelle not only redials the insurance carriers when she sees an obvious mistake denial of prescription, but to my husband, who mentioned he forgot his wallet she offered to personally pay the small prescription fee and pay her back at another time. Yes my husband did have the money in his pocket. He just left his wallet in the car. I have to ask ask you : who still does that in this day and age ? Who gives such exemplary customer service? The pharmacist Michelle at CVS does every single day !!Michelle never lets the stress of the RX orders that are backed up 10 deep coming in from phone calls, faxes or walk-ins deter her from her standards of excellence !!! Michelle is an asset to CVS pharmacy and michelle is an exemplary example of a pharmacist calling is !!!Michelle we see you !!! And don’t you ever forget that for a second !!! We see you !!!Just 2 of the many many many very satisfied customers that you service with excellence !!!

I got there at a good time, because there was only two people in line in front of me. After I was helped, the line went down the aisle. I also had to purchase something in order to take the medicine I just picked up. The reason why I gave only 4 stars is that there was only 1 employee doing register. If there are 3 or more in line (I was third in line), they should get another person on register.

The absolute worst CVS in the area. The pharmacy closes from 1:30 to 2:00. Which are the hours a lot of working people have to pick up their prescriptions. The lines are always long. It took me almost minutes just to get some meds from one of the locked cases.

They just hang you whatever they have without informing you that your Insurance had put a hold on it. If i forgot to ask i would not have enough medication. Plus, they make you wait for their mistake without any apology. I'll never come back.

Never going back into this CVS again.I was there for 15 minutes, walking up and down half of the aisles. Had a coupon for 30% off of a $100 Max bill. I walked 60 feet away from my cart to get the last 2 items. Was gone for 5 minutes away from the cart. They took my cart... it was gone... they must have hauled it to the back to re-stock the items. I walked around for 3 minutes looking for it. GONE. The store was empty. Maybe 5 customers in the whole place. I had 3 empty plastic shopping bags in the freaking cart you blind bats. May not ever shop CVS again. Waste of my time: (15 minutes driving.. 25 minutes shopping)...So, I dropped my last 2 items on the floor where I stood... and left. (If you picked up 2 boxes of "Just for Men" hair products next to the Chips/Snacks? That was me.)

Horrible attitude when confronted with their mistakes. Just in the last 2 months, blatant mistakes were made at front retail checkout and UPS check on 4 different occasions and each time, the clerk and/or followup supervisor tried to blame me for their mistakes. When proven wrong, they were passive aggressive, unapologetic and entitled. They acted like they were the customer and I had wronged them. It is clearly a corporate culture that breeds this when it is so pervasive.Just one example: 2 different times, same thing, attempted pickup of UPS package. I was told it was not there (probably late) and in both cases, I double-checked UPS and they had been there more than 24 hours. Re-entered, different employee looked and magically it was there. No apology, but worse, then they told me they couldn't give it to me because their scanner wasn't working right. I actually have to go back and hope they still fail to operate their equipment.

As for the Pharmacy, I stopped using CVS years ago because they think they are only retail clerks and know nothing about actual pharmaceuticals

AWFUL. Do not go here to purchase gift cards, there is a fraud problem going on and you will lose your money. Purchased a VISA gift card, 5 minutes after activation the funds were removed from the card. Went through Customer Service channels and they said there is nothing they can do, the money is lost. Someone in the store must have notified someone that the card was activated to move funds off the card that quickly. And CVS is not even looking in to security measures to find out how this happened and why. Just warning folks to use another source if you are purchasing a VISA card (this was a gift for someone, so you can imagine how embarrassing this is).

My scheduled appointment turned into a 2 hour visit. I was turned away personally by the pharmacist. Waited 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment to get my shot. Then the Pharmacy lost my Vaccine Card and was denied the restroom after at that that point been sitting in the pharmacy for 1 hour and 30 minutes. I have never been so frustrated at a pharmacy.I had an appointment scheduled for my first vaccine at this pharmacy. When the pharmacy asked me if I'm allergic to any medication I told them I'm allergic to Nsaids. At that point the pharmacist tried to turn me away and told me "No, you have to go to the hospital instead and we don't really do the vaccine here anyway". I then told her "No, I was approved by my doctor to have the vaccine and I was able to schedule my appointment so I know you do offer the vaccine so you have to give it to me". She then agreed to do the vaccine but I have to wait 30 minutes. ( I was then further frustrated that I had to wait 30 minutes when I got there 10 minutes prior to my appointment time). After finally been given the shot I then waited 30 minutes as recommended. I then realized I was never given my Covid Vaccination Card. So I ask for my card and they could not find it! They look for my card for about 5 minutes then came to tell me they don't know where it's at and the pharmacist is on lunch so she told me I can just pick my card up when I come to get my second shot in about 2-3 weeks. I told her "no I need my card to show as proof I got the shot today to my job". Then she told me "Well you're gonna have to wait about 20 minutes because because the pharmacist is on lunch and I don't know where she put it". So I decided wait until the pharmacist comes back. I then have to use the restroom because I had now been in CVS for almost an hour and a half at this point and I was told no restrooms are open to customers at this time. I then drive home to use the restroom and drive back to CVS. The Pharmacist then gave me my Vaccine Card. Getting the vaccine should not have been this long and complicated.I just can't believe the Pharmacist tried to turn me away from getting a vaccine from a pandemic that so many people lost their lives to.

I've been a customer in the store and pharmacy for 30 years and have always had good service.
