Great service! I had an issue with my vaccine appointment’s birth date, but they were very patient while I sorted things out with my insurance.
Great experience overall! Will definitely recommend, they have wonderful and understanding staff!!

First time at the CVS pharmacy and it was a great experience. The team was able to fulfill my prescription that I had trouble getting fulfilled at my regular pharmacy. Helpful, friendly, attentive team members. Thank you so much!

I go here to get my blood pressure medicine, they dont do pain pills you have to find another pharmacy that sell pain medicine to get rid of your pain half the time they dont have lidocaine patches. Still a pharmacy

Having to wait over an hour for medication you need ASAP because they don't have the password for THEIR computer. Never will come here again .

Wow. I'm usually not one to give bad reviews, but this locations is horrible with communication. I called to get an update on a prescription that has been on back order for over a week. The pharmacist when and began to say they are going to order it today for tomorrow. So, did you guys not order medication for weeks at a time and just say whatever you want to say to shut people up. Then I asked about another medication that i needed a refill on. All I got was attitude. I just wanted to know if my medication got transferred from another cvs because this cvs didn't have it from a month ago, and see if they asked my doctor for a refill. Because a few days ago the pharmacist said she didn't see my initial request. Maybe there aren't enough leaders in this pharmacist leading this crew because clearly they have no idea what they are doing. Attitude is what is being filled here only.

I don't normally come to this location but it was the first place I could get an appointment for my Covid booster. Everyone in the pharmacy dept was friendly and they ran things very efficiently.

This is not a 24-hour facility, so how come when I walk in at 9 am there is merchandise haphazardly laying around on shelves throughout the store? Why are containers marked overstocked left in the middle of aisles? Stains all over the carpet throughout the store assured me I was not in a wealthy neighborhood......because I am sure the CVS in Manhattan Beach or Palos Verdes.....looks pristine. Harbor Gateway residents also care about their neighborhood. CVS show us respect and clean up that dump......our money is the same color and has the same monetary value as the money you get from from the residents down at the beach and up on the hill.

After 5 years of mostly disappointment i am finally looking for a new pharmacy to switch to. Awhile back i went through the drive through and asked for a package of zyrtec D ( i take it every day as per my allergy doctors advise) they said i couldnt get it through the drive through with my other scripts i had to come in because i had to show my license. So i said well i can just give you my license here but nope i had to park and walk in to do the exact same thing i could of done at the drive through window. Then i go in ask for a 24 pack she says we have none so i got a smaller pack which is a pain because you can only buy one at a time. As i was walking out i glanced over and the shelf was full of 24 packs like right in front of her.they would not let me exchange it or return it .But today.... today was the icing on the cake. i was talking to a lady on the phone who told me to come by in 20 minutes and the script would be ready. I waited a little over an hour because i know its busy there. I went to the drive through and i was told my script was not ready. So i told her that i waited an hour after being told to come in 20 minutes and she responded with well its gonna be another 15 minutes or so and told me NOT to come through the drive through again because she had to do covid testing. This is the worse run pharmacy i have seen ... and don't even bother to take in a good RX coupon or anything like that , they act like you are asking for their first born. DONE with CVS.
