So I walk up to the pharmacy to collect my wife’s prescription, we already had a long day with multiple doctors visits. I say “here to pick up my wife’s prescription” and before I could give them the details the guy in the pharmacy says “I don’t know who you are and who your wife is”. I know they work long hours and I can understand that it is frustrating, but it doesn’t take much to be kind. Never going there again. I would 0 stars if I could.

If i could give a zero for the pharmacy i would. We came in at 7:45 pm my niece, had to get antibiotics for her tonsillitis. We walk up to the counter to pick up her antibiotics and she said sorry we close in a few minutes. There is another CVS five minutes down the block. Like what the heck I have my sick niece here who’s coughing up a storm and can barely breathe and you’re telling me that you’re going to close in a few minutes and you can’t give me on my antibiotics go down the street. That’s so ridiculous and so unprofessional and so not compassionate. These pharmacy people should not be in healthcare if they’re gonna treat patients like that.

Bought an overpriced facial moisturizer and tried to return it so I can purchase the better priced product elsewhere. Bought the item the day before and never got a receipt. The return came out $6 less than what I paid for! And the cashier said it was because the return price is whatever the last sale price is... even if the current shelf price is what I paid for it... tried to reverse the return 5 minutes later and they tried charging me the same full price ! Lesson learned: don't send your husband to return your product, always get a receipt, and go to target for your facial moisturizer not CVS.

I had the privilege of meeting Dr Anulika Chilaka . The Dr is definitely a cut above. She is professional, courteous, and very gracious. I recommend anyone in the area in need of a knowledgeable professional .Go see Dr. Anulika. The young lady who works in the office is sharp as well. Thank you ladies and keep doing what you do.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND CVS VIDEO VISIT TO ANYONE AND I'LL NEVER USE IT AGAIN!!!My Video Visit was totally a waste of time and money. It's interesting how CVS can charge $59 for nothing. I needed help because I don't have insurance and since I paid for the visit - it was not charity - I thought my needs would be addressed.First of all I've answered a questionnaire before the consultation and there was a question if I was pregnant and I checked "I'm not sure" since my period was late. This information was totally ignored by the doctor or whatever he is and he prescribed me a medication that DEFINETELY should not be taken by a pregnant woman. I was concerned and I had the attitude to do a pregnancy test myself before start taking the medication.During the visit he didn't show any interest for my pain and only said I should see my primary doctor and/or a specialist. I explained to him that I don't have a primary doctor. I was in pain and I also explained my symptoms in details. He was rushing the visit - while I insisted to make more questions and express better my situation - but he finished it in less than 3 minutes anyway.Also I had problems to pick up my medication since the pharmacy was denying to release it because they didn't know the reason why the doctor prescribed me that specific medication. So I don't know if either he failed in being more specific in the prescription or if the pharmacy was only having issues.Anyway nobody addressed my pain and stress and nobody made efforts to give me a good care during my hard time. It only made me feel helpless and on top of that abused when they took my money for nothing.

Review for the pharmacy part. The Asian woman at the counter did not help me with the Covid vaccination and basically start typing up the request after my check in but she told me to wait and I never got helped after 30 min in an empty store so I ended up just leaving the store.

Wow I feel bad for the people working here they're all so nice and the 2 times I've been in they've had horrible customers. They're short staffed like everywhere else but they're all still being professional and very nice to every customer that is rude to them. Why bother going out if you're going to be a j*** to the people ringing you up and helping you? Stay home if you're in a mood!

This is just for the pharmacy. I came in today to pick up my prescription. Everything was going well until I noticed I was only getting when if my prescriptions when I usually pick up 2. So after I paid for one the girl at the counter told me to go to the pharmacist & see what is going on with my other prescription. I came over & I heard the lady speaking on the phone. Not sure what it was about I assumed it was work related & did not want to ease drop. So I waited patiently for her to finish. Then she starts talking to her co worker about the schedule. After about 5 -7 mins of who knows what she finally tends to me & asks me a question. Took her but 2 mins to fulfill my order. I'm sure she could careless by losing one customer.

Went online to inquire about COVID testing and it said testing was available at this location. Just stopped in and asian woman with a lab coat (assuming a pharmacist) couldn't be bothered with assisting me. She said I had to schedule online and went about typing on the computer as if I wasn't there. I asked a clarifying question and she had zero interest in being helpful or cordial.
