I had a great experience at theDollar tree. When I went to the store, it was very clean andorganized. Also, all the employees were attentive andfriendly.I went to the Dollar Tree to buywrapping papers and ribbons.Their prices were not expensive.All the prices were $1.25 eachproductsThey had many products whichwere brand name, and I saved alot of money. Also, decorationsthings very cheap.I recommend this Dollar Tree store because it is very cleanand customer service is great, and you can save a lot of money..

Josie who claimed to be the manager & Lorna needs to be fired! I visited the store today the store opening time was 9am. I was there a bit early so I sat in my car and watched the manager Josie leave the store. She didn't return until 9:15am to open the store laughing. 10+ customers outside waiting for her to open. I expressed to her that it was ver unprofessional and other businesses such as Walmart or Target wouldn't open their doors 15 minutes late. I asked for a customer complaint number, because it made no sense to leave a complaint with the person that opened the store late and she told me she don't have a number and to google it with her smirk on her face. I then asked can I have a number on her boss. She replied and said she was the boss. I expressed to her it's always a chain on command and I know that it's someone over her. She was very dismissive. Called me several b*tches. Then her older coworker Lorna joined in and said that she don't have to answer any of my questions and to just leave me standing there. These ladies make this store look bad. Let's do better dollar tree. Opening 15 minutes late due to your manager making personal runs is unacceptable.

Management wise that guy does not know what he is doing the store looks awesome for a while and then after it's trashy he should work on getting the store looking nice and presentable he probably has total of like I've seen so far three ladies that are very go to workers always had one register open usually that register is always the same person walked in there he's talking to another employee and he sees the lines building up and don't hesitate to help

I went in for couple things with my husband &child it was busy and 2 registers were opened but one was a guy n he was helpin the customers ahead with balloons! Which took him 10 minutes to do 3 balloons!! the other register which was a female she declined helping she said she was closed Yet! seconds later she chose to not organized herself and fairly proceed in her customer service and chose to ignore the customers who were already inline and rang others not in order basically rang people who cut the line!!and chose to verbaly fight a customer.. low customer service on her part as well she was not looking presentable on her duty looked like had a long night! Did not represent herself nor the company.. A JOB IS A JOB! ... she neds to be fired! How dare u fight a customer to justify when ur wrong .. disgusting!

I work around this store so I usually stop by every other day and it's the same thing and usually the same two people one cashier and the other girl that don't jump to help with the lines and if she do she has a nasty additive.why is it that theirs always the same girl by herself in the register and the other woman is up in the front of the store when the cashier leaves to put merchandise away and that woman don't take the time to ring custo.ers up she'll call the cashier to go back to register and stop doing what she was doing.why if she's up in front why not her ring customers up instead of just ofstoppi g the other girl.i see cashiers have to be doing two jobs at a time plus cashier.hope their getting paid more.

This was my go to place for several years and something is seriously wrong with Management at this Location seem like the previous manager is no Longer here and Boy you can tell its absolutely Embarrassing there is Hispanic Guy here now in charge @ Location absolutely Garbage person in charge the place is totally messy stock and boxes merchandise all over floor Lanes 1 through....are so messy all displays are all on floor there is Food inside boxes land you can not find anything your shopping for looks Like tornado hit this place with bunch strange EMPLOYEES super Lazy that dont Care to put effort put stock away seem be on Trashy side with no self steam to do better for there work place or them self including Management I don't want mention how Horrible there other locations are all through out State except few that are okay at times Health Department need seriously look at this Company's practice in doing business code health Law Regulations enforcement till they get there act togather!!!??
