While the website isn't what I would call perfect because it does not link orders made prior to account creation to the account of the person who purchased the item because this could easily be accomplished by having the system automatically search existing purchases in order to match the email addresses used for both. Sure, it's true that the person who made the purchase and who created the account could've used different addresses resulting in no match of purchaser's account to pre-account purchased product; but the underlying fact is that the overwhelming majority of people will use the same address for both. Other than that shortfall in customer service - the website isn't bad at all.

These silicone dots were more like cabinet door bumpers than dots to go under glass shelves. They were so tiny that they don’t seem suitable for a glass shelf that is 3’ long and about 3/8”thick and 12” wide. Disappointed

While the article was as expected, they shipped on my UPS account, using the most expensive shipping available. The article was $57, the shipping was $205. There is no way to get this back from UPS. When customer service was contacted, they made no apologizes, and blamed me for not informing them to use a slower shipping method in a comment section that I did not see. Standard practice for every other company I have given my shipping info to is to ship on the cheapest rate unless advises otherwise.
