Elegant Nails & Spa, located in the Torrance Crossroad Shopping Plaza, is a nail salon that prioritizes safety and sanitation. They use thoroughly cleaned and sanitized implements, equipment, and electrical instruments, with buffers and files used only once before being discarded. All pedicure procedures are performed with liner protection, and the staff follows a proper sanitization protocol to ensure their customers' cleanliness. The salon is large, with a staff capable of accommodating same-day appointments. Customers can enjoy the comfort of massaging chairs during their services. While the quality of the services may vary, with some manicures chipping quickly but pedicures holding up well, the salon offers a no-frills experience. Prices for a signature mani-pedi with callous removal can be on the higher side, but customers have praised the friendly staff and the overall relaxing and enjoyable experience.
