It was a lifesaver for me same exact dress send at another express ask try on Medium lady gives me XL which was not size I pick from the rack wanted medium she gave me XL which was extremely to big hurry up go get medium it was gone. I needed extremely bad for special occasion I had to call Express in Hawthorne They was very nice helpful ask what needed help with I described the Blazer black velvet dress said yes we have two in size Small and Medium I ask if can have size medium ask my name told me will be there waiting for me They was the Best I arrive there gave them my name and I purchased the dress thank you so very much for your customer service Hospitality so very Professional made me a very Happy Satisfied Customer

I walked in 5 minutes before closing. There were 4 employees working the floor tonight. And it was such a pleasure to shop because I didn’t feel rushed and they were all so calm and sweet. I was looking for some long sleeve vanilla coloured tops. I found what I needed thanks to the gal helping me ! I didn’t ask for her name but she went out of her way to look for two tops I needed in a different size. She told me what stores had it and she even went to go look for one in her store despite the fact that it was past closing hours. Talk about customer service and just the heart to serve others. Thank you Express employees !! Her manager seemed like a very kind gentleman as well, he joked around with her in a very kind and professional manner.

Not many professional suit options to my liking per-say but store was nice clean and decent customer service. Express Men is in the next room and they had a few nice fall items for men.

A young gentleman named Julian helped me. I think he was an assistant manager. He was able to help me find this beautiful outfit for my 28th wedding anniversary dinner. He Worked with me until I found the perfect outfit. The clothes quality and materials are worth every penny.
