Brittany is such an asset to Fast Signs she is on it when ever American Honda needs signage they do decals for windows, and Emergency Exit decals for doors. Street signs Stop, No right turn , no parking, conference room signage. She is very thorough following up on proofs and approvals. I highly recommend her to anyone needing signs made.

Full Review on Yelp. Consolidated this best I could.I have 4 other businesses in the area and was looking for a reputable company I can build a relationship with to upgrade all my signage. Figured we'd start with one and grow from there.Pros...Brittany was a pleasure to work with, responsive, and artwork updates were made in a timely manner.Cost was higher than other quotes, but seemed reasonable and fair based on what we needed.Turn around time... Not sure what's normal on projects like this but I had about a 2 month turn around time on sign install. Two signs were installed. High Quality. Looks Great!Up to this point, I probably would have given them 4-5 Stars and continued working with them on future projects.Long Story Short...I took a picture of our existing strip mall sign that contains all the business names. I had my graphic designer draft up some potential artwork on that photo so we could see a mock up of what our ARTWORK looked like on the sign.I provided that mock up to Fast Signs so they could create their version of the Artwork for our shared sign. There’s a revision process, and when I approved their Proofs I thought I was just approving the Artwork...When I approved the FastSigns Proof I was also unknowingly agreeing to the location of the artwork on the sign, and in doing so they replaced another existing business's signage. It might very well have been mentioned in our proof that they were going to replace existing vinyl? I just figured it was a blank vinyl not an existing business. This being my first sign purchase, I was very unaware that this is something you would need to specify or double check. I generally just trust professionals to bring nuanced considerations like this to my attention. You would think our sign would have been placed in one of the blank spaces on the existing sign, there were several of them, but because my graphic designer’s mock up had our business in the top left, Fast Signs replaced whatever existing sign was in the top left. You also might think when they saw they were about to replace an existing business sign, they might raise a concern, or possibly scan the businesses in the strip mall to see if that business actually exists. Perhaps jump on a quick phone call to verify? This apparently is not a courtesy or service that is provided with your payment. From their perspective, it was mentioned in my proof somewhere, I approved the proof and I should have specified if I wanted it in a different location. Unfortunately, due to my trust, the poor woman that owned the Mailbox and Notary Store frantically called me up trying to understand what happened to her sign.I set up a call with the manager and did my best to advocate for the two of our businesses hoping Fast Signs would do the right thing and replace her sign, apologize, or take some type of financial burden off the two of us. As you could imagine the conversation got very heated when they said they did their job and I got what I asked for. The higher priority seemed to be that I submitted my final payment for the completion of the project.I reluctantly made that final $~1800 payment minutes after the call with the manager, because technically they completed the job…This review will conclude the remaining time, money and energy I have for this company. I’ll find a company I can trust to do the right thing in the future, regardless of the cost.I’ll also be paying out of pocket for the Mailbox / Notary business replacement sign to make sure they are taken care of. They did not deserve this.

I'm quite disappointed in this company but I'm going to try to be as fair as I can.I have 4 other businesses in the area and was looking for a reputable company I can build a relationship with to upgrade all my signage. Figured we'd start with one and grow from there.Pros...Brittany was a pleasure to work with, responsive, and artwork updates were made in a timely manner. She came to our location, took measurements, gave advice on which style would work best for the type of sign we asked for. Cost was higher than other quotes, but seemed reasonable and fair based on what we needed. As I'm sure other business owners can relate, I have enough on my plate, I just want projects off my plate, so being able to trust a contractor or someone exceptional at their work is always my top priority... quality of work usually comes with a higher ticket price. Turn around time... Not sure what's normal on projects like this but I had about a 2 month turn around time on sign install. Two signs were installed. High Quality. Looks Great!Up to this point, I probably would have given them 4-5 Stars and continued working with them on future projects.Unfortunately, if you're expecting them to do the right thing by you if something happens, you might want to reconsider or just learn from my mistake below. Long Story Short... I took a picture of our existing strip mall sign that contains all the business names. I had my graphic designer draft up some potential artwork on that photo so we could see a mock up of what our ARTWORK looked like on the sign. I provided that mock up to Fast Signs so they could create their version of the Artwork for our shared sign. There's a revision process, and when I approved their Proofs I thought I was just approving the Artwork... What I was unaware of was my graphic designer mocked up our sign over an existing business sign in the photo (not sure the rationale? lighting? positioning?). Both of us were more concerned with the Artwork vs the position on the sign. When I approved the FastSigns Proof I was also unknowingly agreeing to the location of the artwork on the sign, and in doing so they replaced another existing business's signage. It might very well have been mentioned in our proof that they were going to replace existing vinyl? First two jobs out. 1 good. One looks like they smeared the page before they printed it. Have another couple jobs on play. We'll see if they can do better.

Brittney and the staff at Fast Signs were amazing! I needed two large banners printed from a crazy looking PDF. They were able to quickly make the banners for me so that I could have them available for my family reunion. Both banners turned out great! Thank you Brittney and thanks to the designer. I will definitely be using these guys in the future
