I come here mostly for the print center and for package returns. Every time I come everyone who works here is super friendly and helpful. I prefer this location and store to other ship and print centers in the area because of the people who work here. Thanks for always being so helpful and nice!

Twaina was amazing! We came in to ship some electronics. Helped us packed everything. She printed out our fedex label from a third party. Highly recommend coming here to ship.

I had a great customer service experience here! I am pulling off a bicoastal move and had 10 boxes to ship (6 smaller boxes and 4 medium-large boxes). The attendant was helpful with explaining coverage for my boxes and answered all of my questions.

my package was supposed to arrive yesterday but fedex pulled up sat in the car for a few seconds and drove off claiming āthe gate wasnāt openā although i had a brick holding the gate open. again today i was waiting at my window since 4:40, fedex sent an email at 5:00pm saying āattempted deliveryā but no one came to the gate and a fedex truck never drove by. my neighbour was also waiting outside watering the plants and said no fedex came by at the time he was watering 4:50-5:15.

Got helped by a guy 12hours ago, he is mid aged manās with a shirt and tie. He didnāt show any reluctance when helping me, and showed dedication to his job by asking me how can he help me. He made my day, because this is the best front desk at a shipping company I ever faced.

Twania was incredible!! She took the time to help me get the best rate possible to ship some last minute Christmas gifts to my family on the other side of the US so I wouldn't have to go to USPS. She made me feel so welcomed in the store from the moment I walked in. It got busy as she was helping me and she graciously handled the number of people in the store who needed assistance even while being the only person on the sales floor. Thank you again for all your help Twania!!
