Great customer service at this location! The employees are very helpful. This location still has the old Canon printer which prints so much better and true to color on all paper.

Jesus is so kind and helpful!! I had a bunch of returns to make and labels to print and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Such a quiet, clean and calm store too. Love it

Went into this place to print out a label I needed. There is self service printers, which I use all the time. This time the email was not giving me the code I needed to printout the label. I saw the was no service so I tried going outside to get the code like three times. So finally I ask for some help and they told me that I need to wait and there’s nothing they can do. So then I say, can’t you give me a different email since this email is not working, So they finally gave me a different email and I got the code. I find it ridiculous that they were annoyed with me that I couldn’t get the machine to work and I needed another email and they did not want to give me another email. Didn’t even really want to help me. They wanted me to do it all on my own and just be patiently wait if I would’ve patiently wait I would’ve never got the email because I did not get the email until they gave me a different email to use.
Really easy to solve the problem and they made it a lot more complicated for no reason.

Just went to ship something and Linda was beyond kind and helpful. She did not make me feel burden walking in with a bag of clothes to send, and help me organize and box them and send them the most cost effective and efficiently. She was wonderful!

It’s a headache when I have to ship something internationally. But Anne, I think she’s the Manager there, was amazing. Understood perfectly my weird Eastern European address I was sending too, had someone wrap the package while she was writing the address, and I was in and out. Anne was amazing. See her if you need help at this location. The other two there were probably from another planet. One was confused about a box, and the other had nails that could reach the sky, so she couldn’t do anything fast. Just see Anne !

Staff here is excellent. Super friendly and patient with the customers in line. Dropping off or making a shipment here is super easy as they do carry all the boxes and supplies. I have never used their printing service here but they do have it here on site. They do DIY drop off here too.
