Rude and sarcastic. I rarely am inside any stores anymore and Macy's used to be my go-to. Because of the rain, my 1 1/2 yr old went to the mall and I cut through Macy's, passed by Finish Line, which was not busy, saw at least 5 pair of shoes I wanted to try, and grabbed them. There was another family waiting so I told Leslie, the salesperson to help them because I had so many. I could tell she had an attitude but assumed she'd had a bad day, or whatever; I've been around long enough to not take it personally. However, when she wanted my sizes, I asked if the Bob slippers were supposed to fit snug or come off, she sarcastically said that it's a slipper, they slip. Duh! But, because the sides, including the back, actually fit around the entire foot, it seemed to me they should've fit like a clog. I just put the shoes down and left. It's no wonder Macy's is struggling.

Very poor customer service. Not approached by anyone even thou I can clearly see them standing around. Once I did call them over, no smile, no greeting, nothing. Also, they do not price match. Go to foot locker instead. Very friendly and knowledgeable. They go beyond customer service. They also price match!

The associates listen to my needs, my limitations and my expectations to help me find the shoes that work for me. They have been patient with my child and dog and have been engaging and kind with everyone.

I bought a pair of Nike Vapor Max tennis shoes a few months ago and the coating on the air pockets starting coming off. I was told by the store manager that they could not give me a new pair that I would have to return to Nike so I left the store. I called Nike and they stated that their contract clearly states that the selling store should replace any manufacture defective shoes. I went back and spoke to another manager and she replaced the shoes. Two months after receiving the replacement pair the air pocket in one of the shoes went flat. I went into the store yesterday to get a replacement pair. The store manager told me he would not replace them and stated he remembered me from a few months ago when he told me he would not replace the first pair. Like I was doing something wrong. He name is Leo watch out for this guy he has no customer skills at all. All I was trying to do is get a pair of good shoes after paying over $200.00 I placed a call to the 800 number they gave me to complain about Leo and his lack of customer service Abilities. I was helped at another store no problems but could not get satisfaction from the store I actually purchased the shoes from originally. Avoid the store and it's manager at all cost. They need to send Leo back to management school so he can freshen up or relearn how you treat a customer. I don't know if that's the Corporate culture or just this individuals lack of respect to a customer or caring about his job.

Very rude employees. Lilly does not help costumers with size exchanges , she is very rude and she racially profiles costumers . Do not shop here there are other shoe retailers in the mall .

Really good place to find the newest style shoes. Normally i dont buy from mall shoe stores due to the prices, but this time they had a great pair of Nike Air on sale $60 off. So i jumped at the deal. I did notice lots of other good deals as well. Big selection, shoes and other stuff, socks, clothes etc. Great service, friendly helpful and nice. I would shop here again for new sneakers!

I would give this place more starts but the cashier Bridget was NOT FRIENDLY OR WELCOMING .! I tried to make small talk and she seemed not to be in the mood . Ok girl get a new job if you don't like taking to people . The guy who helped me forgot his name was super nice though .

Came in to look around for new shoes and Brian was very helpful. He was very welcoming and made sure we were taken care of. He went to the back to check for shoes and they didn't have my size. He asked if I wanted to see another kind of shoes and he went to check again. He didn't mind going back to check another pair of shoes. I appreciate the good service at this location.

I came this this location to return a bunch of shoes that I bought at Finish Line in Glendale for a dance performance that ended up getting canceled. The manager turned me away saying the "story" didn't add up because I didn't have an ID when returning. They made me drive all the way to Glendale because they said I had to be returned at the store where I originally purchased it. The manager was very rude, dismissive and honestly made me feel like I had stolen someone's card or something. Long story short I had to drive all the way to Glendale to return. THANK GOD for the the ladies at Glendale they were sooooo helpful and were just as upset as I was that I had to drive that far just to do my return- HONESTLY AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. That's how you treat your customers with respect and like you value their time. I will not be going back to this location and I recommend Glendale Finish Line to anyone who can make it here. I didn't get the ladies names but they were amazing managers!!! 5 stars for Glendale 0 for Del Amo!!

I came here today to get some slides and I received great customer service. In the process I tried on quite a bit of tennis shoes as well. Each employee I encountered was super friendly and very helpful. The manager was extremely friendly and a pleasure. I'll definitely make another stop by this store.

I walked in with my spouse nobody gave us a welcoming. Nor did anyone ask if we needed help with anything the employees were just standing around. Bad customer service. Did not make me want to buy the shoes I came in for.

We just bought a pair of Stef Curry 6s - Marissa who helped my son and I was exceptional . She was beyond helpful and tireless in bringing us a multitude of shoes - we actually felt like she was so so so so so helpful. We were going to head to Dicks in Mb to buy the shoes bought opted to buy the shoes at finish line solely because of Marissa's excellent customer service.
