Rude employee told us we couldn't try shoes on display and left without offering any assistance. There are no signs informing customers of this policy.

Worthless staff. Employees ignore you the whole time, wouldn’t provide shoes to try on, and when asking for sizes they tell you to look it up yourself. JD what are you paying these people for?

This place is an actual joke.We returned some Vans at the Vans store right next door and decided to go into JD to look at the Nikes. We asked an associate, Israel, if they had our size 8 1/2 to which he responded yes and he will have someone grab them.We waited 30 minutes and we finally asked if the shoes were coming to which he responded "oh we only have a size 8 now not 8 1/2". No sorry about the wait, no is there anything else I can get you... nothing.Obviously that was annoying, so I asked him "couldn't you tell us that 30 minutes ago instead of making us wait?" He then responded "it wasn't 30 minutes and there's a lot of customers here. Use your fu*king brain." I was actually taken back. He said this in front of multiple other customers, including children. So then I was fuming and I'm not gunna lie I called him a stupid b*tch. I mean what kind of man speaks to a woman that way? Let alone someone who's shopping at the store you work at. We left, and then it processed what he actually said and I went back to Israel and asked to speak to a manager. He proceeded to ignore me and act like I wasn't even standing there while he was talking to 2 other customers. He only responded when I physically waved my hand like "hello I'm right here".He then responded "I am the manager". (Which was a lie). We went up to the desk and spoke to the actual manager, Leo who just kept saying "I'll take corrective action" which we all know is code for he won't actually do anything.Israel was working the front of the store. He is not the face that I'm sure the JD store wants selling their merchandise. I've never even been inside of this store, nor will I ever be back. Literally so glad I've never spent a penny there.Israel should be fired, seriously. This was the WORST customer service encounter I've ever had in my entire life. This wasn't just him having a bad day and taking it out on the customers... this is who he is. Thinks he's so important working at some shoe store in the mall. By the look on Leo's face and his other coworkers faces, this isn't the first time something like this has happened and I'm sure if he's not fired, it won't be the last at all.**Edit: We spoke with customer service and the most they could do was a $20 coupon that expires. We're currently waiting on a District Manager to call us back. & the funny thing is the "corrective action" that LEO said he was gunna take... never happened... customer service said they had no issues or complaints from Leo about Israel. On top of this store having some of the worst reviews specifically about Leo and Israel, their Instagram is FULL of comments stating that people dont get their orders, the site is whack, and customer service is non existent.

So after everything that happened and being harassed/bullied by ISRAEL from JD SPORTS I was able to speak to a rep who was only able to accommodate $20 for the disrespect Israel had shown as a employee and a manager. So aside from this I purchased some vans for my wife with the $20 that you guys credited me and I paid $8 for shipping which makes no sense considering what we've been through. So I received the shoes today and I havd ordered your pink platform womens vans shoes in a size 8 and you sent me a 9.5 in womens shoe. And not only did you send me the wrong size but you only sent me one shoe! Make that make sense finish line. Seems to me like your store has gotten so bad just in general. The people who work for your company are rude and now your shipping out 1 shoe to people when clearly we have 2 feet.

Customer service was horrible and the manager on duty 12/23 evening was very rude and lacked compassion. When I stated that I had a disability which prevented me from standing in line (a second time), he was completely dismissive and laughed saying it was nothing he can do.

Bro the lack off wanting too sell a shoe is crazy looked at some Jordan 7's today and the girl was like sorry can't try on display for display purposes but it makes no sense if we gonna try the "new pair" of shoes that more than likely others tried on already but I ain't complaining but then yet again if that was the last size and the other pair in back n the display is the pair u gone sell it too me right?? But lost a customer honestly the girl that "helped" us worked today in morning around 11ish

Just had the worst experience at this place. Leo, the manager of this location would not provide a military discount after purchasing two pairs of air Jordan's for myself and my daughter. Despite providing plenty of evidence proving that I served overseas as a Marine, he refuse to honor a military discount. The discount was not what bothered me the most but his disposition about it. He acted like a complete idiot, as if he couldn't process the idea of using his leadership position to make something right. The site was a mess and will never come back here again!

My husband and I have been shopping here for the last year and honestly the customer service lacks a lot. First of all, if the floor reps thinks you're not about to spend money to help their commission they will be rude as hell. Yesterday my husband bought me the brand new Satin J's and the box top was damaged so we asked if they could swap the top with another box and the Manager ISREAL was completely rude about it and basically said No and walked away. Mind you my husband bought 6 pairs of shoes 5 of them being J's and he couldn't provide top notch service to him as a customer. Wow!! That definitely said a lot and he showed his jealousy because he didn't get any commission from the sales and the other two floor reps did so I believe that's why he was rude. Either way, beware of this place because customer service can be very disappointing.

I went into the store looking for a very specific color of New Balance sneakers and I received excellent customer service. Benjamin was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, professional and had great suggestions such as trying to find the shoes under the youth sizes. Thanks again Benjamin!

Good store,friendly staff and a good mansger-Leo. They have all brands and better prices than I expected being in such a lame over priced mall location like DEL Amo fashion center. I definitely recommend this store for your sneaks.

Last few times I swooped in on a release Saturday and copped J's no problem. In and out, 5min. That's how I like it. Great service up front from the cute girl. Will come here regularly for kicks I want.
