Went to Footlocker next to Skechers in Del Amo. For a 7 year old girl, Skechers has a number of great product options. But in terms of time and "getting stuff done" GSD, Footlocker gets the customer need for speed and solutions. We were immediately greeted by sales staff and did not feel we were being hounded nor at an appointment with a mortician where you had to beg for help. While Footlocker had less velcro shoes for my daughter to choose from vs Skechers - we got the job done of finding the *right* shoes in less time than the competition. Daughter loves the shoes and we could get home for dinner on time. Half of what customers are looking for is quick service and solutions. If your competition is next door you best act quick, and Footlocker surpasses the competition in most aspects.

Came in today looking for shoes for my baby boy And I have to say the selection is great. Ean was super helpful and friendly honestly the best customer service in the whole mall. This gentleman made us feel like we about to be served champagne as we shopped. He answered questions, was over all excited to be there to help customers. Five stars for you Ean with an E.

i went to this location for a father's day gift for my dad and boyfriend as well as get my 7 month old a pair of shoes . janeth was super helpful and continued to help me the whole time. she didn't crowd me she allowed me to shop & checked in to grab sizes . shopping with a 7 month old isn't easy but briana & (genisus ? i'm so sorry for forgetting her name, but she had a niece or nephew around my sons age) we're both so nice & helpful with making it a great experience. after i brought my shoes i walked over to finish line and noticed the same shoes but for 30 bucks less . branden has originally rung me up so i came back to talk to him & he price matched it with no problem . i usually don't go back & share my opinion but this was truly a great experience the entire staff was outstanding. i'm a branch manager at multiple banks & i know a good team when i see one. kudos to them .. keep up the great work. i'll be back!

Decent Footlocker, but there was definitely more styles and availability of shoes online, not sold in the stores. Customer service was helpful in accepting a return and shipping it back to the warehouse with no charge given they didn't sell the show in store. While the refund will be delayed, at least we didn't have to pay for shipping ourselves and they accepted it in the store.

Took forever to be rung up because the employee was looking at a pair of shoes behind the counter for about 2 minutes as I stood there. Then, she fails to remove the security tag off the socks I was buying. Also spoke to me like I don't know anything. She said all Nike socks are on sale, I asked her if the Nike elite socks are on sale and she said no come on and looked at me like I'm stupid. Girl, you just said all Nike socks get outta here. I wouldn't have been even writing this review if she didn't forget to remove the security tag. Now I gotta make a trip back and deal w her all over again. I hope you read this and hope you apologize to me when I see you.

I would definitely give 0 stars if possible. I was not greeted, no one asked me if I needed help, while there was at least 3 workers only paying attention to 1 customer. I finally decided to approach a young gentleman and asked for my size he seemed bothered. When he got back I tried the shoes on and I was gonna get them I really wanted them but my mom noticed how rude they were acting and convinced me to go somewhere else. As I began to walk out i gave the gentleman the shoes back ane he asked me in a rude tone "you gonna get them?" I said no thanks. I looked for the manager and I expressed how I didn't like their customer service, her only response "oh" Yea im never ever going there again. I'll take my money elsewhere. It's comforting but sad to see I'm not the only one complaining about the customer service.

Footlocker is pretty standard across the board. Nothing special about this place. My big complaint about all footlockers are the employees. They always seem a bit nonchalant and a little inconvenienced when I ask questions regarding the products or when I ask for different sizes. Laziness, perhaps? Or perhaps footlocker just doesn't train them on customer service. Either way, something is seriously wrong with the customer service here. With that being said... +1 star for a 20% discount for Military Folks; just bring your Gov't issued ID. I just love when businesses support our Troops. They sacrifice so much; it really is the least we can do...

Whenever I need to buy shoes for my teenage son, we usually shop at Foot Locker. I don't really like the customer service here because it is extremely lackadaisical. (That is at ALL locations.) However, since it is in a convenient location for us, we shop at this location. However, I was pleasantly surprised the other day when we were approached by a extremely helpful young man named Brandon. He wasn't the typical Foot Locker employee. He was helpful, friendly , efficient and he even had a smile on his face. (That's a first ! I've never seen a sales associate here with a smile on their face while approaching a customer. ). That is the reason I gave 3 stars because of Brandon. If it weren't for his good customer service I would of gave this place one star. Note to Foot Locker Corporate Office: While training employees (Do you train them???) , why not tell them it doesn't hurt to be pleasant and smile?

It's a cookie cutter foot locker. I'd give it a extra half a star just because its tucked away near a macy's home and furniture and so when there are major shoe releases that they can get and a line forms, at least its in a spacious area. Map of location here: next to West Parking Structure
