Stopped by to pick up a new pair of shoes. I had no idea what I was really looking for when I got there so the representative took a good bit of his time showing me shoes that he had in stock and available. The location was clean, the staff was knowledgeable and professional. I got a new pair of shoes. All in all it was a good experience. Will go back when I wear these out.

Christian was such a big help! When it came to some shoes I wanted to try on he helped me with the sizes, even though some of them weren’t in my size the Pumas I bought fit perfectly on me. He made sure & asked if the shoes I tried on were good. He showed really good customer service and he was very kind & nice. I work in retail as well so I understand how important customer service & to give customers that customer service they want. Thank you again. ??

I had a pleasant experience at this store, I was helped by a store associate by the name of Ariana, she was very helpful and attentive, thank you Ariana for making my visit a pleasant one. The cashier Alysa was also very kind and informative. Thank you both again for a pleasant experience, I will certainly return to this store for future shopping needs.

The store was so clean and organized!!! The manager operated smoothly. I didn’t need to line for a long time☆ The cashier lady, she was so nice!!! She communicated so well☆ Definitely I will come back to shopping, Because I can shop satisfyingly at this store!!!Thank you!!!

Hmmm?! I guess this store is tired of refunds & exchanges?! Girl said that they email receipts instead. So receipt was not in my email the next day & when I looked up the store online,they didn't have no ph# listed for this store. Hmmm?! What to do. I don't know if it is their policy in emailing receipts but it's better to ask for paper.

It’s very rare where I do a good review but this person deserves it Keisha the store manager there’s a lot that I can say but I’m a try to keep it short and simple has excellent customer service goes above and beyond to help. I ordered a pair of shoes online I end up receiving The wrong size I contact customer service they at first just wanted to send me out a shipping label and give me back my money I had to explain to them that this was a Christmas gift and that getting my money back was not an option I just want it what I paid for and ordered. I thought that we were on the right track and that I was going to get the correct size overnight it to me it did not happen I attempted again to contact customer service and taking that we’re on the right track and I still have not yet received the correct size something in me told me to contact the store that I pick the shoes up from I explain the situation to Keisha I told her that this is a Christmas gift for a little girl and this is all that she asked for Keisha immediately got on it found a store for me to pick up the correct size and to return the shoes that I receive. she is awesome & foot action needs to really recognize her and also give her a raise For excellent customer service that’s probably why she’s the manager.... THANK YOU KEISHA!!!!

Ordered a pair of shoes for my daughter with the curbside pickup. Keisha the mgr was so professional and had my order brought down to my car super quickly. Unfortunately my shoes were too snug but Keisha found me an open store nearby with a bigger size and had them held for me!! What outstanding customer service!! Will always be my go to store!! Thanks Keisha!!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE.Terrible service,WHY?i hsbe bought and paid for pair of slides 2 times and then after almost the day im supposed to recieve them,ive got an email stating that they are already sold out.I would have found the slides somewhere else by now but its been hard to find them.This is happened 2times in a row.

This is an email I had to send to FootAction regarding a humiliating experience in their store today. The treatment was condescending and should be an embarrassment to the Company as a whole. They hired these rude and unprofessional people so their work ethic and lack of integrity is a direct reflection on the Company as a whole.I am emailing to report my customer experience at your Del Amo FootAction. This was actually my first time going out since the Covid-19 lockdown. I was uncomfortable and had difficulty breathing during my shopping time in the mall. My daughter wanted to shop for sneakers so after making my purchases in Forever 21 we went to a couple of shoes stores. Our last stop was your store. My daughter was being serviced as I waited patiently. Suddenly I saw a pair of kids shoes marked $29.99 in the Big kids section, not the little kids section. The sales representative Rikhiah (pardon my spelling) came to assist. I asked for the shoe in a size 6 and she told me the display was a size 6.. I tried it on and it was a too big. I asked for a 5.5 and she said there were no half sizes so she could get me a size 5. She brought the size 5 out and it fit perfectly. I decided to take them. As I continued to wait for my daughter, I spotted another pair in the exact same section but a different color. I tried them on and decided to take them both. My daughter noticed that the price tag on that pair was $49.99 so I decided to leave them since I didn't need any sneakers anyway and I wasn't shopping for them. After waiting in a lengthy line, concerned that the customers were not adhering to the 6ft spacing and no one in the store even bothered to pay attention or manage that situation, I made it to the counter. When the cashier Yvette rang up my purchases, she told me the shoes were $49.99. I assured her they were not and told her the exact same story that I have written here. She proceeded to get a manager by the name of Keshia. Keshia listened and then claimed that she had put the display shoes out and it was a size 3 so she could not honor the price. I politely said that your salesperson Rikhaia is fully aware of the situation because the display shoe marked $29.99 was a size 6 and she had to get me a size 5. She stood there and said absolutely nothing for quite some time while someone else went to the back. I asked her what the issue was because I did not put the incorrect price on the shoe, they did. And the price was the only reason I picked it up. She went to the back and I was made to wait an additional 20 minutes after closing for her to send some other employee to the front to say that they would not honor the price yet again. Convenient now that the other customers had all left the store.Now there are several problems here: the salesperson had either had gone home which wouldn't make sense because it was too close to closing time. So in that case she would have just lied about the entire incident. Neither the manager Kesiha nor the salesperson who witnessed the entire incident ever returned to the floor. So clearly there is no responsible or accountable leadership operating your store who is prepared to do the right thing. As if a customer is going to waste time and energy or putting myself and my daughter at risk of Covid-19 over a measly $10. It is unfortunate with the social climate being as it is, that they would resort to humiliating me in front of the other customers or deny the truth of what transpired and even more so deny me the adjustment for their mistake. Had I been a caucasian customer, none of this would have transpired. They would have taken their word as truth. But here I am not lying and your salesperson can clearly clarify the situation and your management refuses to rectify the situation. I am livid. My daughter thanked the cashier Yvette who was rude and making unnecessary comments that only inflamed an already flammable situation. I do not like being taken out of my character nor being humiliated in front of my children. Especially since I spend a lot of money with your Com
