This place is top notch no bs value oriented top quality tubs and service. I purchased a hotspring envoy for about 13.5 not 1 regret. The owner is chill and no pressure laid back I don't see it in his dna to bs or hard sell even if he wanted too. I had my own concrete guys for the pad and crane company but he referred a specialized hot tub guy for the electrical. It was nuts having it craned over my house from the other side of street in pv that was the worst part of my experience. Make sure they bring the right size crane if you need one. One that alarms don't do off in while outstretched. Btw I also checked out a place in Long Beach they wanted 2k more for exact spa. This was during the height of COVID with supply chain issues and he didn't even upcharge.

Extremely honest and helpful. Went in for a few items and learned a lot about jacuzzis. Great place will definitely return.

Rick, was very helpful. He went up and beyond the call of duty. Even after I told him that he did not have what i was looking for in his shop. He gave me suggestions as to where I could find what I was looking for. I had a wonderful shopping experience!

We have been Hot Tub owners for 23 years. When our old hot tub died, the trustworthy Mike Durrand, from Classic Spa Repairs, referred us to Rick St. George. We visited his store, had a long conversation with him, took home catalogs and did our research. Two weeks later we returned, continued to ask questions and shop, and never once did Rick do a "hard sell." Then after our purchase, he was very communicative regarding delivery of our new Hot Springs spa and the removal of our old spa. We highly recommend Rick based on our buying experience. I met Rick about 2 years ago at the Harbour Spa. I had done quite a bit of research and decided I wanted to buy a Jacuzzi brand J-385. He showed me the features and we talked about some of the attributes of this system. I had shopped the local place in Culver City and had a much higher price quoted. He helped me get someone to deliver it and I hooked it up to my Electrical panel for the spa. Great service and a great experience thank you Rick.

Rick was super helpful in guiding us through the selection and purchase of a new Jacuzzi tub. Very low on the "sale" and super patient with all of our questions and giving advice. Sale and delivery were smooth, and we love our new spa!

We went to Harbor Spa to just "take a look" at a hot tub. Cut to 30 minutes later after speaking with the owner, Rick, as we put a deposit down on a Hot Springs Spa. Rick is a total straight shooter, gave us all the information we needed, discussed the differences between Jacuzzi and Hot Springs without bias, answered all our questions and then helped us order the exact spa (color and style) that we wanted. There was a lengthy waiting list so we didn't expect to get our spa for 5-6 months. But Rick was able to procure our spa two months earlier than expected. He also helped me coordinate and set up an appointment for a crane to haul it over our house, put me in touch with a guy who made a concrete platform for us, and even gave us the number of an excellent electrician who came out and wired us for 220. All of his guys were great! We had a small problem with a jet not working and we called up Rick who walked us through a simple fix. He is always happy to talk with us and he was a delight to deal with. We LOVE our Hot Springs Spa!! Thank you, Rick and Harbor Spa!

I've purchased two spas from Rick at Harbor Spas, one for a previous home and a smaller one for my new home. He is great - very patient, no hard selling, and follows through on everything he says he'll do. Can't recommend this business enough!

A really great experience from start to finish. Rick knows his stuff and answered all my questions and provided me with all the information I needed. The delivery was smooth, on time and professional. The electrician that Rick recommended was also great. It's rare in today's world that everything was handled so professionally! I don't think you can go wrong at Harbor Spas!
